Diamond Jo Worth Casino Hotel

Room was generally clean but refrig had old food in it.

I was charged a $28 early check-in fee. I checked in at 2:35, 25 minutes early and had to pay the fee which I thought was ridiculous.

Nice place to stay. Convenient right off the interstate.

Hotel has been recently renovated with a modern touch. Easy access to casino which also jas nice dining options.

Our stay was perfect! The room was nice and large and the bed was so comfy. Nice size TV in the bedroom. Everything was very neat and clean, and it smelled great in the room and in the hallways. Everyone In the hotel and in the casino was very friendly! Looking forward to staying there again.

Always pleasant staff and clean rooms

We were there for 10 days and only had our room cleaned or refreshed 1 day. I don’t understand how you think 1 roll of toilet paper would last us 10 days. We had to empty our trash every day and get towels and toilet paper from the front desk.

Need better breakfasts. When the elevator breaks have employees at the stairwells to carry the bags. When told the toilet is broke, fix it. Dont let your employees say we can't because we are under staffed. Makes you look like a bad place to work for and stay at.

Hotel had appears to be recently upgraded. Very clean. Friendly staff. Safe. No problems.

Not thrilled about the $100 deposit. We would never trash a room!!

They are remodeling. Our room was re-done and was spacious and clean. Breakfast was kinda "meh". The casino is the big draw.

Everything was great until i tried to do laundry. The front desk said she didn't have a roll of quarters... she said go to the casino cage to get them... they said they couldn't me a roll and that i should just walked across the street to the convenience store. Make the machines credit card accessible or put a coin machine in... also, 1 dryer to 3 washers?! Actually 2 washers because 1 was out if order

Under renovation. Rooms hard to get to. Hallways were dirty and poorly lit. Beds were hard as a rock

The eggs and biscuits & gravy served at breakfast was excellent. The shower head in my room was nice. The casino was a lot of fun to stand in the bar area and talk and have a good time.
Our rooms did not have a refrigerator as advertised and when I called the front desk, I was told none were available.

under construction right now so we walked right by the check in for hotel, first time staying over night and when i said something to the person checking us in he was rude, said well there is a sign. When I asked this person about the valet service he said we have not had that in years well i said we saw that sign. The bed was very comfortable and the other service was pretty pleasant and helpful. Like the idea about having a non smoking area
