The staff was outstanding. The property was a beautiful oasis in the middle of the usual Siam Reap craziness. The room was huge. Ate at their restaurant a few times. It was good enough. I would definitely stay again
Friendly helpful staff, large clean room, clean pool, free tuk tuk into the town in an evening. Highly recommend for the money.
Nice clean place, friendly staff. Close walk to pub street, maybe about 20 mins.
The rooms were very spacious & tastefully furnished. Very friendly & helpful staff. Twenty minute walk to Pub street, however a Grab tuk tuk is 80p or 1 dollar, so really not an issue. A very pleasant 5 night stay.
Cleanliness and friendly staff. My kids enjoy with swimming.
The property was very beautiful, with literally huge rooms. The staff was also great, very friendly and accommodating. Unfortunately, for a number of reasons, the amenities were very poor. The cafe/restaurant had no food and only served beer and powdered coffee. I had one breakfast of fried eggs, for which I had to wait until after 8AM and had to pay $5 (which they did end up erasing from the bill at checkout). The management decided to do renovations, including cutting stones (extremely noisy) in the morning. I ended up having to scream at the workers to stop - which made me feel very bad. The market had been moved nearby, which was interesting enough but made the area very dirty with poor access. At the end, everything was blamed on Covid, an easy target to shift responsibility ...
Since I liked the property and the staff, I wouldn't mind staying there again, but certainly under very different conditions.
Nice and clean property, away from party life in peaceful and quiet location
Nice clean hotel with staff that will do anything for you. The area surrounding the hotel is very dirty and the WiFi is slow.
The staff was very friendly and the property was clean and peaceful.
This hotel was very difficult to find and get to, especially in the middle of the night. It is in the middle of town, so we would have expected our airport taxi driver to know it, but this was not the case. Even google maps does not help, with no roads and road names being clearly defined. The hotel itself was really good. The service was great, rooms were huge, but the bathrooms had a smell after water was flushed or showered down, and the toilet often clogged.
The food needs a bit of work, breakfast was over-simplified, dinners were nothing to write home about. Overall though, great value for money and well worth the stay.
We were treated like royalty. Staff very friendly and quick to assist every need. Lovely clean room with all amenities for guests comfort. Real family feel to the place
Hotel was very nice and clean. The staffs were kind and helpful. It was so difficult to get there since it was located next to the farmers market and residential area. It was very hard to find the hotel.
It was a memorable experience for us as I celebrated my birthday there. The staff were very accommodating. We are given the bestest treatment and they happily accepted all our request. Hospitable and tries to do they best they can. We also loved that theybassigned a bery trustworthy tuktuk driver. Cheurn was very accommodating and patient. Seldomly you’ll find a hotel that may not be perfect but would make your stat memorable and stress free!
thanks for the hospitality. enjoy my stay in siem reap
They offer round trip airport transfer but no one was waiting despite my telephone call (which was wrong number in hotels.com listing- the answerer gave me the new number). The manager emailed me to inquire about my arrival once I was already en route. There were pets in the lobby which was not a welcomed site, but they were caged so no problem but the smell. The daily breakfast choices were awesome. We really appreciated getting breakfast to go on our departure day. We pre-arranged our tours and the tuk-tuks were able to find us. Wifi and cable worked well. There were toiletries and towels. Overall we really enjoyed our stay. The staff was very attentive.
A nice hotel to stay.
Cannot say negatively for the price and services offered by this hotel.
Very large rooms, nice and quiet poolside and very good staff.
Surroundings and neighborhood is close to a crowded market; but who cares as we are either inside the hotel or almost 80% of the time away from hotel. Didn't bother us.
Another value for money stay
When we arrived at the hotel, we were told we didn't have a reservation. We showed them our paperwork confirming the room, but no one spoke English well enough to be able to explain to us why we suddenly didn't have a reservation. While we were sitting in the lobby trying to figure out what was going on, I noticed that I had gotten an email three hours earlier -- while we were on a biking tour at Angkor Wat -- telling us that our room wasn't available because it had maintenance issues, but that we would be taken to another hotel. So probably 25 to 30 minutes after arriving at the hotel, we were whisked away by tuk tuk to a different one. And let me tell you, this new place was FANTASTIC. Way better than the Indra Porak. It was called Petit Temple, and we loved it. So while we thank Indra Porak for ending up putting us up in an even nicer place, it was quite stressful arriving at a hotel where you're told you don't have a room. Also, after all this, Indra Porak would occasionally send me emails addressed to OTHER PEOPLE telling me the hotel was looking forward to my stay. I got a handful of them, and it was weird.
Everything was excellent (staff, driver, and pool), but the restaurant isn't great (poor breakfast, mix up on meals, not much variety). Hire Mr. Chun in his tuktuk to take you to the city centre for excellent food instead!
Nice place to stay & friendly staff but too far from all the action.
Very friendly small hotel very quiet close to main markets and pub street
Staff very helpful
