Me and my friends 11 people visited Siem reap for 5 days trip , we booked Indra porak hotels for all 4 nights , ambience was very good , staff was so nice , rooms are very big , neat and clean bathrooms. Very reasonable price, perfect location, just 1.3 kms from Pub street, Highly recommend
The staff was outstanding. The property was a beautiful oasis in the middle of the usual Siam Reap craziness. The room was huge. Ate at their restaurant a few times. It was good enough. I would definitely stay again
We loved this hotel. The room was very spacious and clean and the staff were incredibly kind and helpful. The breakfast was delish which quite a few options to choose from and when we went on an early day trip they packed us some breakfast to go without us asking which was so thoughtful. The pool was nice with happy hours from 2-7 where you can get nice snacks and drinks for quite cheap. The only downside was the location as the street it was on wasn’t the nicest and you did have to get a taxi to get to the centre however the hotel offered a tuktuk service which was free at nighttime to anywhere in the city.
Friendly helpful staff, large clean room, clean pool, free tuk tuk into the town in an evening. Highly recommend for the money.
First time in Cambodia, we didn't know what to expect. So to be greeted with smiling faces and open arms upon our arrival at this beautiful hotel was just what we needed. The staff were always attentive and ready to help wherever possible at times the language barrier provided challenges but that was all part of the fun and experience. the hotel was a 5 min tuktuk ride from Pub Street and night market and was tucked away from main road. nice and quiet at night, the rooms were beautifully presented. bed was really comfy and room was really spacious as was the ensuite. outside the room was undercover with a large table and chairs where you could eat and have breakfast. There is a nice little restaurant bar that also is the reception area where breakfast is served and also a good option if wanting to eat in for dinner.
overall. Perfect little hotel close to everything with fantastic staff and nice big rooms alongside a great swimming pool at a very cheap cost. fully recommend to anyone travelling to the city of Siem Reap.
Nice clean place, friendly staff. Close walk to pub street, maybe about 20 mins.
The rooms are large and well equipped. The hotel is quite small and has a small dinning area that is well presented. The very upright wooden chairs could do with a back cushion. The food was good. The pool is small and not chlorinated. Great and very friendly atmosphere. We were treated very well and the staff went out of their way to be helpful. They can also arrange trips and drivers. Our tuc tuc drivers were brilliant and not expensive, an easy way to get to the centre of town. There is a market every night outside the hotel in the streets, great to walk around. The rooms are well insulated and quiet so sleep is easy and if you want a wake up call they will knock on your door. We had our laundry done and they cleaned the room on request.
You can sit outside at night and hear the crickets and the Geckos.
The rooms were very spacious & tastefully furnished. Very friendly & helpful staff. Twenty minute walk to Pub street, however a Grab tuk tuk is 80p or 1 dollar, so really not an issue. A very pleasant 5 night stay.
Cleanliness and friendly staff. My kids enjoy with swimming.
Absolutely stunning property, this place really is incredible and could not fault it from the service through to the rooms we were thoroughly impressed. In our opinion it’s a 10/10 property. The staff can not do enough to help you, the rooms were spotless and well equipped and furnished - and not to mention huge! Breakfast is brilliant, the pool is great and location wise we really enjoyed. Would definitely stay again if in the area - thank you !
We had to move as it wasn’t to the usual standard…The foyer toilet had no lid and no toilet paper. The swimming pool was green with algae. The bed was hard as concrete. There was no shower had no curtain so all the water poured on the floor. Apart from that it was ok. We complained but I doubt if they will give us our money back.
#My beautiful hotel "Indra Porak Residence" in Siem Reap #Very convenient location near to Pub Street, Angkor Wat Temples & Airport #Very economical, clean & tidy with all the basic amenities #Spacious rooms & bathrooms with amazing swimming pool #Since I'm a vegetarian got one vegetarian Cambodian Khmer dish in the hotel restaurant (Vegetables & Coconut curry with Sticky rice) 😋😃😍🌈
Great hotel! Staff were amazing, Nann was a great host and was so welcoming and accommodating.
They have a lovely pool and room is so big. But the staff are the best.
They have a tuk tuk driver to take you wherever you need.
The property was very beautiful, with literally huge rooms. The staff was also great, very friendly and accommodating. Unfortunately, for a number of reasons, the amenities were very poor. The cafe/restaurant had no food and only served beer and powdered coffee. I had one breakfast of fried eggs, for which I had to wait until after 8AM and had to pay $5 (which they did end up erasing from the bill at checkout). The management decided to do renovations, including cutting stones (extremely noisy) in the morning. I ended up having to scream at the workers to stop - which made me feel very bad. The market had been moved nearby, which was interesting enough but made the area very dirty with poor access. At the end, everything was blamed on Covid, an easy target to shift responsibility ...
Since I liked the property and the staff, I wouldn't mind staying there again, but certainly under very different conditions.
This hotel is fantastic it's only a short time to pub street where the bar scene is fantastic. The hotel is a hidden gem the rooms are spacious and well appointed.the swimming pool is delightful. Fantastic staff I will return I can't say anymore I'm happy
Nice and clean property, away from party life in peaceful and quiet location
Excellent hotel with very humble staff.
Good breakfast.. best view... Best stay... Rooms are huge and clean. Swimming Pool is big and very calm place.
As usual in siem reap, you'll find a lot of reptiles and big big lizards around you.
So much inside from main road and the market lane is pathatic, Shabby and dirty. Location is little difficult to find.
Hidden gem in Siem Reap, wish we had stayed more than one night. Our room was big and clean, the pool was amazing after a day of exploring Angkor Wat and the breakfast was great (I tried the congee/rice porridge which was delicious). Staff were also helpful, special mention to Pisey who made us feel so welcome!
I stayed a night at Indra Porak Boutique, Green hotel with beautiful garden, Room are big and clean. Staff are friendly and helpful. Hotel located to the Psa Krom market. Reasonable pricehotel.....!!!
Could be amazing, but was a construction site during our stay - scaffolding and litter around the pool, dust everywhere, hammering from 7:30am, most rooms out of action, and nothing was done to try and make up for it. We booked as a daily deal so price was reasonable (prob due to construction), but we’ve stayed at other hotels in Siem Reap and know you can get much better service at that price.
Some pros:
- beautiful room and as advertised, also great cleaning service
- great breakfast
- good AC and wifi
Cons:
- intrusive construction
- rainshower head so low we had to squat. Also pressure was intermittent and ran brown sometimes
- didn’t get advertised welcome drink
- we were excited about access through a market (love the markets) but this is more a wholesale market with mud and innards all over the ground, and very chaotic. Recommend accessing from other direction
