전체적으로 만족하나 냉장고와 드라이기가 없는게 흠.. 주말은 결혼식이나 행사가 있음 늦잠을 자기가 힘들어요. 기도소리가 안들려서 새벽에도 잘 잘수가 있었어요.
Quite nice room and water park, but it’s a little bit dirty in some parts.

It's clean and good.
Very friendly staff, helped us with any issue we had and even booked train tickets for us when we couldn't do it! Clean facilities, nice breakfast. Good wifi and ac in the room
Nothing really, only thing was that the waterpark was quite run down
Located inside a ruko complex, the first impression might be deceiving. The hotel ambience is nice, decorated with coconut based interior, which is owned by the hotel's owner from Cirebon, so they said. Got juice for welcome drink. The room is relatively clean. I'm not sure how many rooms the hotel got, but we didn't get the connecting rooms we requested since they said it sold out already. Took a bit time for the air conditioning to cool. And the electricity socket on my room is a bit tricky, need the card to be properly positioned. The breakfast was standard. They don't serve potatoes (baked/fried). Their swimming pool is also a public one, so bring along your cash to rent the floaty (can't charge them to room). Upon check out they'll forget to charge my restaurant bill (30Ks), and my key deposit (150Ks for 3 rooms). Luckily, I did.
01 August 2020, had dinner with family, this is the second time for us. All food is delicious also affordable. A little bit sad because the outside bar restaurant was dark and no one come to the restaurant, it;s just us until the restaurant closed. Hopefully you guys will be survive during this pandemic condition. I'll be back for Greenotel Cilegon for sure.
Due to a limited of hotels in Cilegon, Greenotel is a good place to stay.
I stay during weekend due to accompany my husband's business trip. Hotel's location is very strategic.
Rooms are good, staff are friendly, but the bathroom too humid, in addition on the room there are lots of mosquitos
