Initially impressive but let themselves down on 3 occasions, 2 of which werent dealt with as well as

Attempted to be charged for prosecco we hadnt ordered
Spa booking was messed up - blamed the computer but didnt try hard enough to remedy a serious error
Restaurant food excellent except the prawn balls that were prawn tasteless

Pros:

The hotel is charming decorated to an original classic high standard with lovely touches such a fire constantly on in the reception and homemade flapjack in the room. What really sets this hotel apart is the wonderful friendly attentive but not overbearing staff.

Cons:

The bathroom was tight it was quite difficult to access the shower.

A perfect treat in a beautiful hotel in a perfect place
Pros:

A beautiful hotel, a lovely room (14), lots of little touches like the jar of flapjack, fresh milk in the little fridge in the room

I told them it was our wedding anniversary..
The room was on the small side.
Didn’t even tell us bout hotel facilities
Apparently the spar was fully booked..
