Absolutely fabulous clean friendly hotel

Friendly welcome , close to badminton horse trial
This is the Third time we have stayed , the new restaurant is comfortable and the food was great , we ate every night from the menu and nothing disappointed us at all , the offers are good and very reasonably priced , the rooms are clean , quiet , and dog friendly , the king size bed was so comfortable , you can ask at reception for tea and coffee milk toilet rolls etc all restock you can ask for and take to your room when retiring like we did every night as the receptionist is there all the time , the rooms are not serviced as in other hotels , but I myself liked this as you was not disturbed and it’s more private plus having it as pet friendly room means your dog was not upset by comings and going of staff , we stayed for 6 days and did not have any problems with there services , the bar staff (ladies) were great and enjoyed a laugh and conversation , breakfast is plentiful and good price if staying few days , I can highly recommend this hotel and will look forward to coming back again

Great stay!

Great location, very friendly staff, clean rooms. Restaurant was very good. Normal breakfast selections. Had 3 dinners in the restaurant which
We're all really good. The salmon entree was delicious and steak was some of the best I've had

Cons:

Only complaint is that my shower /tub water seal for shower wasn't that good so water seeped on the floor.

We enjoyed staying at this Hotel , however the bed was a definite low point.
Pros:

Conveniently located, easy access to the motorway.

Bed was really too small.

A good well-located hotel.
Pros:

Room was bigger than expected as it was called a small double. Generous amounts of coffee and tea in the room. Good breakfast.

Cons:

There was no body wash in the container in the bathroom. The coffee at breakfast was lukewarm.

Terrible never again want my money back

Had a function on 16th birthday party with live band and I wasn't told. No sleep until 12am then the clocks went forward. Horrible disaster of a stay. TELL GUESTS THERE WILL BE A PARTY. ridiculous. Never again I want a refund.
