Great location , nice big room, lovely staff
Bed in this particular room a bit hard .
We liked the ambiance in the hotel
The bathroom sink and shower were very slow draining

Nothing
Room spotless, plenty of hot water and the breakfast superb , especially the hot breakfasts made to order. The poached eggs were done to perfection every time and the eggs royale were fantastic.
Beds a little hard but still slept relatively well. The cold continental selection at breakfast could have been replenished as croissants were sparse by 9.30.

The bathroom was poor, the toilet flush didn't work properly, the shower gel dispenser did not work and the shower head didn't work either. The mattress was also old and uncomfortable. When I reported this to reception I got a platitude but no action or apology!

We’ve stayed here before and rebooked as we found it great value for money and really lovely.
The heat in our room was unbearable. There was no way to switch off the radiator, and as we were on the ground floor we couldn’t open the window far.
Lovely big clean room . Nice food served in the room although desert was not so good, good parking
Price increase , missing items . Food nice but dessert a choc brownie was rock hard and gave up trying to eat it . Missing water in the room

Staff (Caroline) lovely lady really helpful, found smarties on the carpet which I wasn't happy about as I paid extra to upgrade on arrival...pillows and mattress awful, had full breakfast only had a few bites obviously precooked and kept warm but a good continental selection, I don't normally write reviews but expect better from a best western ....
