It was a lovely stay for a family wedding.
Hotel, staff, rooms and food were lovely.

We have stayed in this hotel before and it has been very comfortable and convenient for us, but not this time.
We booked their accessability room, which we have stayed in before, but when we arrived at the hotel the car park was full to capacity. We parked in the town car park hoping that we would get a space later in the day. We tried 3 times altogether to get a space in the car park but to no avail. We spoke to the receptionist but she couldn't help and only suggested a car park several streets away. We felt that a dedicated parking space should be available for occupants of an accessibility room. We couldn't see how we could manage parking away from the hotel, so decided to go home instead.

The towel rail in our room was heating permanently whilst it was 30 degrees and not able to be switched off

Beautiful room- we booked a deluxe. Wish we'd had more time in it to enjoy the lovely facilities. Easy to get a parking space and permit. Didn't eat there as we stayed because we were attending a wedding locally but it seemed really popular. Super location.

Fabulous courtyard
Weather was hot and we couldn’t get our room on 2nd floor to cool off. Windows didn’t open very wide and fan wasn’t able to pull in cool air.
Lovely hotel and restaurant/pub. We stayed with our 7 month old and a kind lady at reception upgraded us to a family suite, which really made our stay. Room was great and adjoining bar/restaurant in a very nice setting. In the middle of the town and good parking facilities.
Restaurant food we ordered could have been a little better considering the price.
Central and very well appointed. Great amenities.
Lack of air con was a struggle in the heat.
