Good location
Pros:

Location was good.

Cons:

Room was just ok. I paid for a better room and didn't feel there was anything better about it. The flooring creeked really badly so going to the bathroom made an awful noise. Shower was ok but not great. I know it's an old building but it felt it. Didn't get any info about food availability at the hotel when we arrived just pointed the general way to our room. It just lacked any personal touch

Excellent and comfortable stay!
Pros:

Newly refurbished rooms were comfortable and stylish. Cleaning staff and reception staff always happy to help. Location is great for town visits, and grandkid pickup from the school up the road! The coffee machine was out of this world, many thanks. A big plus is having a door/ window that could open wide, letting in fresh air.

Cons:

The room, although great, had a few things that jarred- the bathroom door finish on the bottom was poor, as was the door jam and vent on the Juliet balcony.

Lovely evening meal and staff were lovely. I didn’t like the building where the room was it was v dated with no lift but room was fine

I was given a complimentary room upgrade. It was beautiful and I had a lovely message from the housekeeping team. breakfast was delicious and the stay was very comfortable. i have recommended to friends and family.

Okay but unlikely to book again or recommend
Pros:

It was convenient for our needs. We were going to a funeral and needed somewhere where other members of the family could also stay.

Cons:

We were not told that the restaurant could not accommodate us when we checked in and was no longer serving at 8pm. We struggled
to find anywhere to eat near the hotel. Staff in the restaurant and serving at breakfast were rather abrupt.

Amazing suite stunning my nephew loved it on his wedding night.

Usually in hotels like this knowing its a wedding night they would put chocolates or flowers in the room free.

Perfect location for a relaxing weekend getaway!
Pros:

We had a lovely weekend stay here! Our room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The location is ideal especially if you don't have a car as it's right in the heart of Market Harborough. Just a short, easy walk from the train station.

Great central hotel
Pros:

Liked the location very central. Nice and clean.

Cons:

Rooms are ok but shower had no pressure. Could of done with a few added luxuries. Windows need 2nd internal window as mine was single glazed. No usb charger sockets these are standard. Breakfast was nothing special expected something a little more up market.
