The perfect venue
Nothing
The location was ideal and the room was clean and comfortable.
Breakfast seemed a bit disorganised, though the food itself was fine.
Location on High Street excellent
Breakfast food should be hot not luke warm.
Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was excellent, beautifully furnished and bathroom was very modern and large. Breakfast was very good and relaxing atmosphere. The location is perfect. Love the front bar very cosy and the sandwiches for lunch were amazing. Definitely recommend if visiting Market Harborough.
The hotel was a little confusing, with rooms in various locations, and we had to go outside to get to restaurant for breakfast
Friendly welcome, clean room, good meal.
A friendly and accomodating welcome. My ensuite rooms were spacious, clean and well furnished with white towels and bed linen. The bed was very comfortable and the T.V. was a decent size for the room and not over complicated.
I wasn't disturbed by any noise.
The hotel was well located.
I lovwd the breakfast room and the brwakfast was of good quality with enough choise.
The window in my ensuite bathroom had frosted glass but no blind which didn't afford enough privacy in my oppinion.
The staff on the whole were friendly and super efficient but I noticed a couple of incidences whereby older people were refered to inappropriately as 'my lovely' which is patronizing and over familiar.
As usual our stay was excellent and reception staff always allocate the room as requested.
Might I suggest that you have a few more disabled parking spaces, since as we arrived early evening they had already been occupied and it was not easy to find anything near our room.
Pulizia e posizione
Non so
Lovely
Bedside lamp in my room was too stiff to turn on
Location was excellent in a lovely town
Parking difficult.
Noisy early morning, mostly house staff wheeling trollies
Clean and well presented
Central location. Excellent restaurant.
Room was in need of a complete overhaul. Amount charged wasn't appropriate.
It was clean, beautifully designed and decorated and still retained its olde worlde ambience.
There was nothing we didn’t like.
Location - food.
Asked for a quiet room - placed next a service room and woken up at 6am because of a lorry delivery. Checkout meant to be at 11am. Loaded car up and went for a walk. Returned to room at 10.10am so that I could freshen up before leaving. Room stripped and maid in room before we had checked out. Not happy.
Great location and amazing breakfast
Trying to get out of car park whilst book fair participants we blocking exits
