Quaint
Pros:

The main building and courtyard are very quaint and do reflects its age which is no bad thing. Meals were on the whole very good. Our room was on the ground floor so did not suffer too badly in the heat wave we had that week. The limited staff members that were there were excellent.

Cons:

Could have had an extra member of staff present to serve in the restaurant as they were also trying to cover the busy bar at the same time and we were a group of over 20. It was extremely hot in the restaurant and there was no A/C working, could have had a portable unit for these conditions. Some rooms that others had in our group were also very hot.
We did not have any soap or shower gel in our room so had to request this.

Ideal for what I needed
Pros:

Room is ideal for a short break and the hotel is ideally located.
That might cause an issue with parking but it's free if you can find a space
Buffet breakfast is phenomenal

Comfortable and welcoming, would definitely recommend the 3 Swans
Pros:

Very comfortable bed, lovely bathroom products,plenty of hot water good pressure in the shower , lovely food, very friendly and helpful staff beautiful outside seating area

Cons:

Church bells rang every half hour but was ok unless you had the window open or you were a very light sleeper

Didn't have breakfast. Being a solo disabled traveller, would gave liked a room service option

Reasonably priced, comfortable hotel in the centre of Market Harborough.
Pros:

Size of the room was excellent with seating area as well as a desk.

Cons:

No lift to get to the room which meant carrying heavy bags up a tight little staircase.

Recommend to stay here
Pros:

Cozy hotel with large terrace, restaurant and pub. Fully modernized rooms. Good breakfast buffet. We will check the hotel group next time we are visiting the UK.

Pros:

The staff were so helpful. Showed us 2 room.options on arrival , and service throughout our stay was top class.

Breakfast was fantastic too , and we also had evening meal there. Again great staff service when dining.
