The place is in need of renovating, the pictures are not what it looks like now which sets people up for disappointment. Although the room was clean and functional, it was too hot and a very smelly air freshener was covering up a likely damp smell from some damp on the wall.

No barnor evening facilities. Luckily we had some supper with us. In essence just a BnB with limited continental breakfast.

The property was in need of some repairs and some tlc, the room was quite big and had a tv , coffee making equipment but only one drink each , the bath was ok but did have some marks in it that were hard and I wasn’t sure what they were ! The decor was tired and in need of replacement or refreshing , the room was a bit smelly we put this down to the fact that it is dog friendly, the chairs were quite uncomfortable and large , there is a space outside the rooms which was full of weeds and could be a nice garden area with some time afforded to it , the other rooms windows looked like ours needed replacing or painting. The decor in the pictures on booking .com are deceiving we expected somewhere nicer, the bar and restaurant were closed and we were unaware of this we would have liked to eat in the hotel and have a drink as we had driven a long way and had to find somewhere else to go.

An der Sauberkeit könnte man arbeiten.
Das Frühstück ist ein Witz und das nicht nur für UK. Kein Aufschnitt, keine Eier, keine Tomate etc. Just Toast etwas Käse und Konfitüre.
Nur gut, daß wir gekochte Eier und Schinken in der Kühlbox hatten.

Everything! Unclean, in need of a massive re vanp.

We were supposed to stay there for 4 days. But we needed to catch a Eurostar train to Paris early. So we left after 3 days and they charged us extra. Also the breakfast was really disappointing. My daughter felt genuinely sad eating her bowl of cereal every morning.

I like it because the rate and the quality of room was good.

The breakfast was not available till 8am, it’s usually 6.30 am or 7am most hotels if not all.

I’ve never heard for is 8am breakfast, so I was not able to have breakfast as I needed to leave by 7.45am. This was not stated in any description.

The WiFi was really not good , carpet was dirty and many insects in property and ants in fridge.

When I checked out no staff were on site , I rang the bell many times and then just left the key at reception.

The mattress had a broken spring and wasn’t very comfortable. The heating kicked in in the morning despite it being a heatwave in the UK with temps up to 30c. Breakfast was limited as there’s no kitchen - cereal, toast, pre packaged pastries etc.

Drunk and abusive and violent other guests from midnight til 4am right outside our window and door. Other guests also complaining. Need a refund. Only stayed one night of two booked a d left early

Dirty, worn carpets, was not a fresh breakfast, noise and abusive language outside in the courtyard garden all night till 2am

Felt a little bit cold and sort of a bit damp feeling to it. Curtains didn’t really fit well.
With a bit of money spent in some places this could be amazing. Some things need updating As the building and layout is lovely
