Really friendly, cheapest stay of our trip from Llandysul back down to London. The suite was beautiful and perfect for a
Pros:

Very close to everything we needed. We were aware they didn’t have any restaurants in the hotel so we planned ahead. The staff were very lovely.

Cons:

There wasn’t enough towels or toilet paper stocked in the room, but we just went to the front desk to ask for more.

Totally disappointing and not worth the money I paid for my stay.
Pros:

There was nothing to like about the property as there were no facilities (bar, restaurant, only one member of staff in attendance). The building was generally run down and in desperate need of a complete renovation.

Cons:

No facilities, the only food available was a ‘continental’ breakfast consisting of cereal, toast, crumpets, pain au chocolate and croissant. Tea, coffee, orange/apple juice. No hot food available at all and no bar facilities. The mattress was old, worn and signs of mould with the headboard held in place with large screws. The ceiling in the main building was peeling with a random white door leant against the wall. In comparison to the photos on the website the reality was unbelievable. I would be ashamed to say it was my business and expect people to pay for what I found.

Pros:

The building is an old coaching inn. Adequate continental breakfast.
We were upgraded to a suite, so lots of space. And a bath. Shower is powerful.

Cons:

The inside needs a revamp.
No restaurant for an evening meal.

Clean, a little tired, but comfortable
Pros:

The room was clean and a great size, continental breakfast was enough for our needs.
Overall good value for money, ideal location for our weekend.

Cons:

Room was clean, but a little tired.
They could do with a new toaster at breakfast time, and they need to clean a little more thoroughly (under the cereal dispensers). Good selection of food, but some fresh fruit would make it even better.

Clean and ideal for a short stay
Pros:

In fairness, google maps took us to the back of the hotel to some residential addresses and we couldn’t find it as it was pitch black. The guy on reception sent us a pin and was waiting for us outside even thought we were checking in after reception had closed. The room was clean and bedding was nice and crisp. We didn’t stay for breakfast. The location was very nice and ideal for where we needed to go.

Cons:

I agree with other comments that the photos and description need to be changed because we thought it would have a bar/restaurant and it would benefit from having money spent on it to bring back to a coaching inn.

Ok for 1 night to attend a nearby event
Pros:

The bed was comfy

Cons:

The breakfast was very basic and the electric kept blowing and causing the toaster not to work. So breakfast wasnt great

Terrible, and definately not worth the money.
Pros:

Im sorry, there was nothing I can write on anything we liked about the Jesrsy Arms Hotel

Cons:

All photos must have been from a long time ago. The garden was non existent, with 3 tables in a dust yard. There was no bar or restaurant which the hotel was advertised as having!
The continental breakfast was only cereal, a few croissants, bread for toasting and tea or coffee. Very poor indeed.
The room was dirty with carpets and bed linen dirty. The bathroom had rotten wooden skirting boards at the bath, and the bath panel was peeling with damp. The bath support handle for getting in and out of the shower was also broken. Only enough towels for one person, in a two person room.

We definately wouldnt stay again and would advise anyone else not to stay either.
I think booking.com should think carefully about advertising such a poor accommodation on their site.

Perfectly fine for a simple stay - but it’s not the same as the photos!
Pros:

We were here for 2 nights for a wedding so we only really needed the hotel at night. The bed was clean, shower was good and it was left in a nice state for us. Despite being a little outdated if you just need something simple this is perfectly fine. Some of the reviews are understandable but we had no issues with the hot water or the bed, it was perfectly fine for our stay. Breakfast was simple but again, totally fine. I had some crumpets and Nutella and a coffee which was hot in a pot. We had no complaints really after getting over the initial difference between the pictures and reality, it suited us just fine

Cons:

The main issue is the discrepancy between the photos and the real thing. There is no pub or restaurant which meant we spent a lot of money on an uber/taxis to get food on our first night there. This needs to be updated. If this place was cheaper per night I would have had no complaints - I understand Bicester is expensive but £276 for two nights was a little jarring given the difference between the pictures and real thing.
