Pros:

Breakfast fine. room okay.

Cons:

On the first night my friend who was a guest and myself had evening meals. We both had gammon steaks which was very tough and not up to the standard we expected. We did complain as we both left over half of the meal. All the waitress said was she would tell the chef. We didn't eat there again.

Pros:

Breakfast was nice and it’s a great location

Cons:

The hotel is very tired and for the price i would expect a full refurb of rooms. I would not expect to pay the amount the hotel charges

Cons:

We asked for a quiet room and were opposite a pub. We were offered ear plugs or a lower grade room.but we declined the ear plugs as we don’t get on with them. So on top of the noise opposite we had people above that were really loud walking around their room you could hear every footstep. The location was fantastic and the staff were friendly. Sadly we just did not have a well placed room.

Good place to stay. Would stay again.
Pros:

Good location, room nice, clean, comfortable. Breakfast good.

Cons:

Paying £10 to park car. Late evening drinks in bar was somewhat difficult - spent ten minutes looking for vodka, until another resident pointed it out in the optics !

Fabulous location with lovely staff. Looking forward to staying again!
Pros:

Location is in the centre of Lichfield and has a carpark! Room was comfortable with thoughtful little extras. The restaurant served great food which we ate in the lovely outdoor area.
