Beautiful location, great spa facilities and brilliant staff.
Pros:

I love staying at the Webbington. The location is beautiful, and you always receive such a friendly welcome on arrival. The rooms are clean (special thanks to the amazing cleaning team), spacious, and very comfortable.

My favourite part is the spa, especially the swimming pool, which is one of the nicest hotel pools I’ve ever swum in. The bar is excellent, and we also really enjoyed the food.

By far the hotel’s biggest asset is its staff, who work incredibly hard to ensure every stay is enjoyable and memorable.

Cons:

Choice of drinks at the bar. Maybe add bottles of Budweiser and some tomato juice for Bloody Mary cocktails.

The staff were lovely, restaurant dinners were very good.

Cons:

Breakfasts were acceptable but nothing to write home about. Our wet room flooded when you had a shower, possibly needed the drain clearing. The toilet wouldn't flush for nearly 24 hours, a member of the bar staff did tell us that he'd fixed the problem for us, but when we returned to our room the bathroom was flooded and the toilet wouldn't flush. The member of bar staff and a duty manager came back and sorted it out but we'd had enough by then. You don't expect to have to use the shower head or a waste paper basket filled with water to flush the toilet in this day and age. A plumber could probably have sorted the problem out when it was first reported?

Un peu vieillot, nous sommes restés 2 nuits, pas de ménage, les lits pas refaits, un peu surpris !

Great venue, service, rooms, staff,all 100%, however you parking management leave a lot to be desired.

The location and the type of traditional English vibe to it.

Cons:

The property is fantastic..
the parking being controlled by and outside agent is an issue. My partner forgot to log her car into the system and when we realised we were told a long and tedious way of not paying an inevitable fine.. The hotel needs to do more to help, perhaps they right to cat parking agent and get that car removed from their naughty list.. paying that kind of money for a weekend there shouldn’t even be a sniff of an issue around parking there in huge car park which I doubt ever gets filled.. it’s ugly profiteering. Webbington… please take a more active role in helping you guests.

The way the spa was set up. Steam room and sauna seperate from the pool area. Having to walk from to pool through a separate area (the gym) seem a little odd and awkward)
