Overall the stay was adequate. The room had the things we needed but was missing a towel for the shower in the morning.
Pros:

Location was great
Parking was great - cheaper parking when using the log in at the hotel reception

Cons:

Missing a towel for the two guests
room has a towel but no air con and on hot days it didn’t do much - not a lot for the cost of £109

Reasonable value for money and comfortable although no air conditioning
Pros:

Staff were helpful and welcoming. The facilities were clean and reasonably comfortable. Although there was no A/C there was a fan in the room.

Cons:

Air conditioning would have been an improvement. Clearer directions to and availability of parking. There were no signs as you approached the hotel by car where the parking was.

This place is a dump, I’m surprised it’s part of the Best Western group
Cons:

The whole place was time-worn. They insisted on a “security deposit “. The tv didn’t work, the towels were stained and there was no air conditioning on a 36 degree day.

Not worth the money, look for a better hotel around, for the same price
Pros:

Lobby is nice, bad was comfortable. Near the street with shops and restaurants.

Cons:

Hotel is very outdated, bathroom is like from 1970s without any improvments, everything in the bathroom looks dirty because it is very old and not maintained very well. The shower was not functioning, it was repaired by staff very quickly which was good. We were aware when we booked that the hotel doesn't have AC, only fans, but with 30 degrees Celzius and high humidity it was almost unberable to be in the room. So, I definitelly do not recommend hotel in any month when it is over 23-24 degrees Celzius. Also, the hotel is situated on a very busy street, our room was looking at the street and with the heat we had to have windows open. So, it was almost immpossible to sleep. If you have to stay in this hotel ask för room looking at the back yard. In any case, look for other hotel in this neigbourhood, if you can. I have spotted two much better hotels, for almost the same price, which are situated very near Watford Junction and also near streets with shops and restaurants..
