Absolutely terrible
Pros:

Nothing - it was horrific

Cons:

The receptionist was walking around barefoot
There were people smoking outside our window and the smoke was wafting into our room
We had to pay extra for parking
There was a stomping noise all night

Pros:

Lovely clean and good size room.

Cons:

Not really the hotels fault but, the people above us must have let their child jump around for hours from very early in the morning and it sounded like they were going to come through the floor!!

Pros:

It was great value for money, staff were friendly and it was very clean.

Cons:

Nothing, we were put in room 1 which did mean a little bit of noise but it wasn’t enough for us to raise it. Great stay.

Mediocre
Pros:

It was close to where I needed to be the next day

Cons:

The female member of staff asked for 50 pound deposit for any damages for room and send it would be returned when I left. Still haven’t received my money. I video room before I left there’s no damage. Also I’ve never been asked for deposit at any other hotels.

Not the most comfortable

Cons:

One side of the double bed was significantly damaged which resulted in a “dip” in the mattress, causing uncomfortable night sleep. When prompted to staff when leaving- response was very plain like nothing happened even though mattress is clearly damaged and should be replaced.

Good location for visiting Warner Brothers Studios. Avoid the breakfast, better options locally
Pros:

Room was OK, bed comfortable but everything a little dusty. Shower powerful enough but difficult to position it so that it did not spray all over the floor.

Cons:

Breakfast was terrible. Cold and not much available. As soon as we arrived we were told we only had a short time before we had to be out of the restaurant so that they would run a course. Also, they did not want me in there with my guide dog.
