Clean, good location, pleasant staff.
The information given on the website about the breakfast and food .. As I misinterpreted as breakfast included.
Good facilities.
A bit noisy on the ground floor.
We booked a suite room with breakfast at the Best Western Plus Ullesthorpe Court Hotel & Golf Club. The hotel is situated about 12 miles from Leicester.
It has a remote location, you drive though small country roads to get to the village of Lutterworth.
Check in was friendly and brisk. This is a historical building which has been extended through the years. It was a hospital during the first world war.
We had a large suite room which had a shower and a bath tub.
The room had the usual kettle for tea/coffee. A Nespresso style coffee maker, a small fridge.
There were plugs with USB sockets but not always best positioned.
One of the reasons we booked the hotel was the pool and sauna. It was not that busy when we went so we used the pool, despite being a bit chilly. We also used the steam and sauna rooms.
Breakfast was a good spread. There were cereal boxes, you could get fried or poached eggs, hash browns. The croissants were nice. I did find the coffee machine a bit disappointing.
Overall this was a nice break. There is little to do outside the hotel. Even going for a walk is not easy, there are no pavements.
I did cut through the golf course which was shut and there is a public right of way near one fairway that takes you to the village.
A comfortable stay in a pleasant surrounding. Excellent breakfast with classy presentation when you order poached eggs. Lovely swimming pool.
Location
In need of Good “Facelift”
Breakfast was good. The staff were all pleasant.
The hotel looks rundown from the front entrance.
Buffet breakfast excellent plenty of choice & well prepared. Clean & pleasant environment.
Cannot suggest anything that would improve the
the facilities.
Good value for money
Great spa facilities for the family with lovely walks around the area
Perhaps a little updates in certain parts of the hotel
This hotel is situated in the beautiful Leicestershire countryside. Our comfortable room overlooked the golf course. We had dinners and breakfasts in the hotel, all of which were perfectly cooked. The staff were all pleasnt and helpful, We enjoyed our stay.
Everyone friendly, facilities excellent, food superb
Nothing
We have just had an amazing stay at this hotel. It was our first time here and we will no doubt be returning. We selected a suite for our room which comprised of a separate lounge area with large screen TV. The room was very clean, loads of storage and the bathroom was large with a big bath and shower. All the staff at the hotel were very friendly and welcoming. We had dinner and breakfast there too. They were both reasonably priced with excellent quality food. The main reason for our stay was the leisure facilities. There was an indoor pool, jacuzzi, steam room and sauna. All in good condition and made for a very relaxing stay.
Location
Looks rundown, need painted and renew
Staff were very friendly and helpful
Pillows were a little flat and not particularly comfortable
It had everything I needed and felt comfortable as a lone female traveller
It was a bit dated but still perfect for what I needed
The staff were friendly.
The cleaning could be better. We met a used cup in the wardrope from the previous users, I expect. The room had somr small dirts in dome areas.
The heating was also not very great in our room. But the staff was kind enough to give us a small heater we had to plug
