Pros:

I stay in this property due to the fact that it has lots of electric charge points and is far more convenient for me. However it is well priced and the breakfast is definitely worth including.

Cons:

It’s not the easiest hotel to get to in way of country roads on a night time as it is a little off the beaten track however this is not really a big problem.

Perfect. Home from home.
Pros:

Lovely hotel. Can’t fault it. The staff are what make it a home from home.
Special mention to fab reception staff and Sharon at breakfast who was so helpful, friendly and an asset to your hotel. THANK YOU.

A complete failure.
Pros:

The pool and jacuzzi were good but a bit dirty around them .And the beds were very comfortable.

Cons:

It was a very dirty hotel. Not to mention that my room faced some stairs, it was the most horrible experience I have ever had. I never imagined that I would have such a bad time on my birthday.

Nice weekend getaway, improvements can be made
Pros:

The staff were amazing, the view was good of the garden at the back

Cons:

The staff are easily 4 star but the building and rooms are more like 3 star, tv wasnt even in the centre of bed on the wall so neck pain wasnt nice, carpet stains, hallway carpets smell fusty, paint scabby above jacuzzi, tennis court needs a good brush/tidy, some tlc needed all around

Wish we could have stayed longer

Not getting to eat in the restraunt said there was no room but there was alot of empty tables steam room needs updating and the pool was small

Comfortable, good bar and bar food. Reasonably priced golf.

Room keys are ‘old style’ magnetic. Had to go for new key twice.
