Excellent location with views across the channel, good walks within the grounds, pleasant helpful staff, comfortable and roomy day room lounges, quiet and relaxing stay. Victorian decoration large and spacious rooms with large modern windows.
Only one small problem where there was not enough milk within the room for an additional cup of tea/coffee each. This was easily resolved by the reception, but if arriving late this service may not have been available
Pięknie położony staroangielski hotel z bezpłatnym parkingiem i pięknym widokiem.
View from room. Good breakfast
It would have been nice to have bottled water in the room and a coffee machine. Also, the heated towel rail did not work
It was a beautiful building and it was very comfortable. We upgraded to a sea view and it was worth it. The view was very calm and enchanting
Nothing. It was all good
Everything lovely room with sea view
Nothing
Great location with amazing sea views
Breakfast could have had more choice.
Quality of service. Views from hotel. Car park. Food. Plenty of room in bedroom. Plenty of hot water in shower. Lift to floors. Walking distance to pier.
Low mains water pressure in hand basin. Absence of non-slip bath mat.
Breakfast was standard but nice
Customer service, old, dated worn , dirty, extremely cold
All the staff were very welcoming and professional.
The view from the room was very good across the Bristol Channel
Breakfast was good and reasonably priced
The staff were friendly. The situation of the hotel is pretty. The room was adequately spacious. I also appreciated having a bath, as well as a shower.
The bed was creaking, when moved in bed during the night. Also there was an outlet for a central heating system which let out exhaust fumes just below our window, and made dull noise, more noticeable at night when it was quiet. The hot tap at the sink swiveled around when trying to turn off the water. It just needed tightening.
The staff and view were amazing. Food was very good too
The bed was lumpy and old.
Fantastic room, the executive double blew us away.
Nothing
Fabulous views and excellent staff.
Nothing.
We have been several times with our dog and its great value for money, great views and relaxed atmosphere
Not having a fridge in the room but wasn't a real issue
