Lovely place to stay, including a good choice from breakfast 😀
I got an upgrade with lovely sea view.
Staff were very attentive.
Under staffed after a certain time.
tolle Lage
Etwas leicht in die Jahre gekommen
Location
No air con and room was boiling all night and a drain smell coming from bathroom
Extension leads used a your only plug sockets
Exstenaion leads joint together to reach other side of bed
And we couldn’t use the lovely outside seating area as there was a wedding there and there was no room to move let alone sit down
The room was clean and big with a great sea view
No Sound proofing could hear everything the people next door were saying
Great location
Dated room in the attic! Tiny window, was very stuffy
The setting and the views over the Bristol Channel. The hotel itself was comfortable and the service consistently good. The room had within it a seating area at the window in addition to the bed and ensuite, making it more than just somewhere to sleep. The staff worked hard, often multi-tasking, to ensure we enjoyed our stay.
Lovely big room with seaview, nice big bed and bathroom, lovely garden to sit in and take the view in, breakfast was great, staff friendly. Lift to other floors handy, dog friendly also.
Little expensive the bar, have to watch the car going out up the steep hill of carpark as couple of cars underneaths were catching the floor if the car is low, luckily ours is high up BMW X5.
Fab room406 with great view ample breakfast celebrating friends birthday staff were particularly helpful with the cake a big thankyou to them
Being picky would of liked a terrace from the bar
Loved the location and the setting of the hotel. The grounds were stunning and great parking.

Location, outside of the hotel
WiFi did not work really, limited choice continental breakfast
Great location, perfect for a nice walk down in to the town and pier
The room was far too hot, no fan or air conditioning in the room on the hottest day. No sleep was had as it was unbearable. You could feel it getting hotter the higher the floor
Amazing situation, lovely staff and large room for us and dog. Gardens held lovely setting and splendiforous views.
Facilities are tired and need a decoration, lifting Lino and damaged wood in bathroom, floor boards and bed creak but may be age of building
Location
Very helpful reception
Needed air con
Location was great beautiful place with a lake room was average but clean.
Room service is hit and miss. So they charge an extra 50 per day on your bill which they call holding? It is not it is deducted from your account immediately takes days to come back so if you are staying a week be prepared to lay out an extra £300. I paid an extra £50 it never came back when l rang hotel to ask for it back they said it would be back in my account within a couple of days in fact they deducted it again so now l am £100 down. This has happened on 2 stays at this hotel so l won't be going back!! A room that should have been £105 for the night has cost me £205!! Room service is a no go! I asked for a sandwich at the bar and was told sandwiches were stopped after 6pm (it was 6.30) but l could order them from my room on room service? (From the same bar??) so l went back to my room to order a sandwich!! 30 minutes later they brought a piece of cheese and a handful off crisps?? I asked what it was and told it was a cheese selection. I said l didn't order this and even if l did where is the selection? There is a tiny piece of cheddar on its own! I said l needed the sandwich l ordered and was told sorry bar is closed??!! Not a good experience and was made to feel the whole situation was somewhat my fault. Not a great customer experience!!
