Location . Easy access from the motorway. Nice restaurant food .
The amount of money we paid to stay for small room with limit view. Steep walk up from the car park.
Food Tea & breakfast spot on.
Water pressure wasn't great. The longest shower ever trying to wash the body wash off.
The view is lovely and the bedroom beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Parking is excellent.
Dinner options are little more than pub grub and the dining room is quite dreary. Arrangements for dinner were a bit shambolic. it was a bit chilly in the room with no heating available
We had a lovely sea view from our bedroom window. The room was nicely decorated and comfortable.
I had asked for twin beds in advance but when we arrived the bed was made up as a double. The staff managed to remake the beds but it would have been good if my request had been responded to in the first place.
The hotel seemed empty when I arrived, and I had difficulty finding a member of staff to book me in.
We ate in the brasserie both nights and breakfast was included in the room charge. The food was all right but nothing special.

for a 'dog friendly' hotel we were a little surprised that there were no 'dog poo' bins provided in the grounds / visited Ladye Bay beach but tide was fully in so can't pass comment re latter part of questionnaire

A beautiful Victorian hotel on a sea cliff. We had a nice, clean room with a delightful sea view and exceptional bed - really comfy. The breakfast, although buffet-style, was excellent, with giant-sized sausages and excellent hash brown being highlights. Fragments of original decor throughout the venue are really delightful, complete with a sea-facing balcony. Kind staff. Excellent location, a few minutes' walk from the heart of Clevedon with its magnificent pier.
Nothing really - everything was excellent. The only missing point - we didn't find sea-facing path toward the town.
Excellent hotel, quiet relaxing room with a beautiful sea view. Tea and coffee facilities, tv and bathroom. Easy access to the coastal path to then walk towards the promenade. Lovely town to visit for the sea air, nice architectural features including the pier and some lovely Scots pine trees.
Bedroom door a little tight to close quietly.
No Internet 1st night meant no TV and cash only bar.
Loved how we checked in with our dog and they gave us a goodie box for him which had some bags , a toy and some treats !

Location was nice, plenty of parking. Bar staff / waiters were friendly.
Receptionist in the daytime was unfriendly. The lady and gentleman that turned up in the afternoon/ evening were good.
The hotel is very dated. The bathrooms in rooms are poor quality and no thermostatic bath mixer or shower. The floors creek with every movement. Some serious upgrades required throughout the building.
