Only hotel in Clevedon so not much choice, an ok room for the night. Beds were comfortable
Pros:

Great views and nice helpful staff

Cons:

Our top floor room had flacking paint indicating water ingress. I could also see in the summer it would get very hot, as window only opened a little and no ac or fan. Decor and furniture of the hotel was old

A nice pleasant stay, very disappointed by the shower and our evening meal.
Pros:

The breakfast was delicious. A great choice . The location snd the view.

Cons:

Evening meal, was a let down, chicken burger was tough and well done snd chips went hard very quickly.
The shower spoiled the stay for me. A lovely clean bathroom, a nice walk in shower but the shower head couldn't be adjusted for height and also not able to hand hold it for washing all over. A huge disappointment, especially having a disability.

This place had the potential to be great, but, for the money, I was expecting much more
Pros:

The reception staff are great (especially Aneta?)
The view across the sea
The position up above the town on the hill
The parking
The communications with the hotel

Cons:

The interior is very dated
The bathroom was basic
The towels are old and tired
The bed was rock hard
The rooms are noisy - creaking floors above
The breakfast left a lot to be desired

Really exceptional value. Great staff. Sea view is fab.
Pros:

There were a few shabby areas- the hall and doors looked very run down
The bedroom itself was really smart and the public areas were well decorated, elegant and fairly posh. The sea was exceptional. Every member of staff was superb, including all the young bar staff
This was exceptional value for money.

Cons:

It's not a five star but not a five star price! It's mostly excellent. There is more investment planned.

Pros:

Friendly staff

Cons:

Outside our room there was some machinery, possibly a heat pump or some kind of motor running. During the day it was hardly discernible but at night sounded extremely loud and kept me awake.

Poor quality room, manager useless, not value for money
Pros:

Location

Cons:

We booked for a valentine weekend paid for an up graded room, very poor quality room more like a hostel, conservatory furniture in room. Booked an evening meal before arrival and on arrival nothing booked, totally spoilt our special weekend. Complained to the manager, no help whatsoever promised to send a follow up email not heard a thing.
Avoid at all costs

Pros:

Good selection for breakfast. Evening meal was good too.

Cons:

Access down to Ladye beach was blocked and so that was disappointing. Most of the main beach was not dog friendly. The wardrobe location was odd and small.
