Cons:

Llegue con mi madre y había escogido una hab el personal de la recepción me dijo que ya esta ocupada y luego me.dio otra habitación simplemente dijo espero que no haya problema y ya, entonces mi pregunta es para que se reserva....en ningún lugar hay una recomendación de llevar efectivo o métodos de pago muy descortés el señor en el trato o deberían cambiarlo si no le gusta su trabajo desde que llegue pase pésimo por la mala actitud de personal que me recibió

A perfect place for a visit to Cuenca.
Pros:

This place was perfect in many ways. Location was ideal along a long walking path by the river. My room had all the features I enjoy, a light and table by the bed, lovely view out the window, blankets not too heavy, pillows comfy, and best of all were Luisa and Fabiola. Wonderful women.

Cons:

The little dogs always barking out the window downstairs whenever I came or went.
