Hôtel très bien placé et confortable pour profiter pleinement de Hakuba. Super onsen! Belle vue!

Emplacement, propreté, chambre spacieuse et confortable, personnel accueillant, onsen très bien.

highly recommend
Pros:

The breakfast buffet is plentiful. They even have a carafe of hot milk for your coffee- yay! The onsen has a sauna and tub of cold water for after. There is an indoor and outdoor onsen. They allow tattoos, if you have any. The location is great. We did not have a car and love hiking and walking. Maybe 1 km to Eccoland, a 3 minute walk to the Taproom, about 5-7 minute walk to Happo One bus terminal. all easily reached.

Cons:

The bathroom is super tiny. I never used the shower as I just kept using the onsen.

Hermosa experiencia y un increíble hotel japonés
Pros:

El hotel es simplemente increíble es una mezcla de occidental con el toque japonés!
Viaje con mi hijo de 6 años y los dos tuvimos una hermosa experiencia, el staff fue increíble y muy amable siempre súper serviciales.
La verdad superó mis expectativas para bien fue espectacular. Y que tenga un onsen tan limpio y natural lo hace aún mejor.
La ubicación perfecta para subir a esquiar.

great location and comfortable stay

staff was accommodating and friendly. hotel was overall comfortable, clean and aesthetically pleasing. location was great.

great location, friendly team lovely stay would recommend to stay again if we come back to Hakuba
Pros:

onsen was great after a days skiing, beds comfy, bar was nice, breakfast was great, great location close to ski lift and bus stop

Cons:

i had my ski boots taking from the drying room meaning i had to go back to rhythmn sports to get another pair to ski for the day.
