Close to everything, comfy and has everything we needed
Pros:

Very convenient to all the different shuttles that will that you to the slopes. 10 mins uber ride walk to the restaurants, Lawson and Rhythm make it extremely convenient. The Onsen facilities were excellent

Cons:

The water pressure in our bathroom waa terrible but no biggie for us as we would do everything at the Onsen

Pros:

The onsite onsen was a game changer for recovery post skiing! Being able to walk into Happo and Echoland for dinner spots was also great. The staff were always incredibly helpful and welcoming. Our beds were comfortable and access to the locker room was easy

Perfect location
Pros:

A great hotel with plenty of facilities, and a very good breakfast with lots of choices. Located just a short walk (5 mins) to the closest ski lift, and plenty of restaurants and bars also in easy walking distance. A free bus to Goryu/Hakuba 47 stops in the car park right next to the hotel. The onsen and sauna were very good after a day on the slopes.

Cons:

A little bit dated in some areas.

great location and nice staff!
Pros:

staff was friendly and accommodating with concerns and questions; also accommodated and was nice regarding late check in and request to store our luggage before our departure

design of rooms is a bit dated and not so much maintenance and up keep in small details

很棒，溫泉、早餐、設施都很舒適
Pros:

1.內部設備維護非常良好，從酒店外觀上看不出來
2.員工服務也很好，早餐選擇多&好吃
3.溫泉還有戶外池，很舒服

Relaxing stay with friendly staff.

Pros:

The daily breakfast was tasty and very convenient before our ski day. Our corner room with big windows and a view of the mountains was lovely to wake up to. The Onsen was spotless and well appointment. Maybe the best sauna I've ever used. The post-ski water bar was fun to visit everyday along with the onsen. Location to the village and ski lift was easily walkable.
