With a bathroom renovation it would be a nice hotel
Pros:

Bed was big and very convenient. Linens where good quality and clean. Location is good even it is not in the center. Breakfast was nice with variety of food - cold and hot dishes. We received free botteled water every day, which was a very pleasant surprise.

Cons:

Bathroom needed a huge renovation - the grout is dirty, the taps and towel rack are rusty and worn; overall, it gives a rather shabby impression.
Receptionist upon arrival was very strange after we give our passport and paid for the room he said we can go now - but did not mention where is our room, where we find the elevator, when and where do they provide the breakfast - no information at all.
Even there is a sign in the room to drop the towels to the floor if we need to change it to save water - they changed every of our towels every day from the hook.
The room was quite windy coming from the balcony door, heating was really noisy.

Geç giriş yapmamız problem olmadı, güzel bir şekilde karşıladılar. Odamız çok genişti, çocuğumuzla birlikte oldukça rahat ettik. Kahvaltısı zengin ve lezzetliydi. Otelden çıkış yaptıktan sonra çantalarımızı emanet ederek şehri gezdik. Çantamızı unuttuk havalimanına getirdiler. Her şeyiyle dört dörtlük bir otel. Her konuda yardımcı olmaya çalışıyorlar. Her şey için teşekkür ederiz. Tekrar Bakü’ye gelirsem mutlaka burada kalacağım.

Почему мы в восторге:
Идеальное начало: Мы воспользовались услугой трансфера от отеля. Нас встретили очень красиво и гостеприимно, сразу возникло ощущение, что нам здесь искренне рады! 🚕✨

Чистота и уют: Жили две недели, и каждый день в номере была безупречная чистота. Комната светлая, просторная, а уборка проводилась регулярно и очень качественно. 🧼✨

Полный сервис: В номере было всё необходимое: и чайник, и утюг, и халаты с тапочками. Все принадлежности предоставлялись по первому зову — сервис на высоте! ☕🍳

Персонал — сердце отеля: Все сотрудники невероятно приветливые, дружелюбные и, что самое главное, настоящие профессионалы своего дела. Ребята всегда подскажут, куда сходить и на какие достопримечательности Баку стоит посмотреть. 🇦🇿🙏

Кухня: Завтраки и ужины просто шикарные! Всё очень вкусно, сытно и при этом по вполне доступным ценам. Наслаждались каждым приемом пищи! 🥗🍲

Итог: Мы остались очень довольны! Наше пребывание было по-настоящему классным. Огромное спасибо всему персоналу — вы большие молодцы! Обязательно будем советовать Safran всем близким и друзьям.

Замечательный отель, не всегда комфорт и качество зависят от количества звезд. Останавливалась в отеле второй раз. В следующий приезд, только отель Safran.

Понравилось отношение менеджера Рафаэля, очень вежливый и внимательный сотрудник.

Я бы рекомендовала отель исключительно из-за менеджера Рафаэля, его работа и отношение к гостям просто замечательное и также работа повара- чудесно готовит- завтрак просто шикарный и изобильный!!!

Cons:

На завтраке персонал ленивый.Ноль внимания к гостям.
Попросила чайник в номер, принесли только после повторного напоминания на следующей день.
В номере было душно, в туалете был запах сырости и не очень хорошая вентиляция.

Ramazan ayı olduğu için kahvaltı hizmetinden faydalanmadım. Çevremde ki kişilerden aldığım bilgi ile güzel olduğunu söylediler.

Cons:

En azından sahur hizmeti verilebilinirdi. Sandviç ya da ufak bir kahvaltı tabağı.

As someone who travels a lot across Europe, I can confidently say my experience staying at Safran Hotel was really amazing. My room was really clean with comfortable double bed and super high proteinbreakfast (wow and yummy). What really made my stay special is that everyone was genuinely welcoming me and always happy to help. From the reception team, and all the way to the director. You can feel they truly care about each guests so I'm happy to share my feedback. Amazing place, I really loved it. I would definitely come again and I recommend it to anyone visiting Baku.

Посетили отель в январе 2026. Отличное место. Персонал, чистота, ресторан- все на уровне. Очень гостеприимно. Даже немного растерялись от внимания, вовлеченности персонала и размера комнаты)) рекомендую однозначно
