Pros:

Clean, comfortable, quiet room. Tasty buffet-style breakfast with plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables.
The staff was just lovely - they let me check in early, answered all my questions and generally went out of their way to make my stay as pleasant as possible.
Bus and metro stops, supermarkets, restaurants nearby; you can easily reach the tourist sights by public transport or even walk there.
I would definitely stay there again and recommend it to others.

Очень приятный персонал. Стараются идти на встречу по любому вопросу. В отеле в неплохом состоянии сами номера, где находится кровати. Хорошие завтраки, однообразные, но выбор есть.

Cons:

В комнатах практически нет розеток, или они расположены за кроватями. Ванные комнаты-сантехника в ужасном состоянии. Все облезшее, протекает, вентилятор не работает.

Overall, the place is pretty decent for a short trip.
Pros:

The location is about 10 min from the old city. The breakfast is great.

Cons:

My room wasn't soundproof enough. It was quite loud from the next door neighbor.

Pros:

The staff are very kind and helpful. The free breakfast was great. The room was very clean and the shower always had plenty of hot water. The wifi was not bad. The location is safe and a short drive to the sea front. The mattress was comfortable. The walls are a bit thin but usually was not a problem.
Asef, the driver who works for them is a great guy and super helpful! I would definitley stay here if i come back to baku
