As someone who travels a lot across Europe, I can confidently say my experience staying at Safran Hotel was really amazing. My room was really clean with comfortable double bed and super high proteinbreakfast (wow and yummy). What really made my stay special is that everyone was genuinely welcoming me and always happy to help. From the reception team, and all the way to the director. You can feel they truly care about each guests so I'm happy to share my feedback. Amazing place, I really loved it. I would definitely come again and I recommend it to anyone visiting Baku.

Nothing to mention. This place and their people who work there are one of the best! Tashakkurlar

Посетили отель в январе 2026. Отличное место. Персонал, чистота, ресторан- все на уровне. Очень гостеприимно. Даже немного растерялись от внимания, вовлеченности персонала и размера комнаты)) рекомендую однозначно

Pros:

La relació qualitat-preu és excel·lent.
El personal és amabilíssim, especialment en Rafael.
L’esmorzar és més que correcte.
No és l’hotel més cèntric de Bakú però cada dia que passava m’agradava més el barri, de fet en uns dies torno a Bakú i ja tinc la reserva feta.

Cons:

M’hauria agradat una làmpara amb una llum més acollidora a més del llum de sostre.

Мы очень довольны, что остановились в данном отеле. Соотношение цена/качество очень хорошое!
Pros:

Хороший бюджетный отель, персонал очень отзывчивый, всегда готов помочь, подсказать. Завтраки хорошие, голодными не уходили.

Cons:

Расположение не в самом центре, но это не было сильной проблемой, такси дешевое, рядом автобусная остановка, в 15 минутах ходьбы станция метро.

Уютный отель! В номерах чисто. Вкусные завтраки. Персонал говорит по русски, очень доброжелательные, приветливые люди. Отдельное спасибо Рафаэлю на ресепшене. Он просто супер! Всегда приходил на помощь по любым вопросам- куда сходить, что посмотреть, как добраться, бытовые сложности, связь с аэропортом. Расстались друзьями! Хочется еще раз вернуться сюда!

Fijn hotel met vriendelijke pesoneel
Pros:

Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel.
Schone kamers,goed bed.
Uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet.

Cons:

Kamer was een beetje gedateerd.
Het was er bloedverzengend heet!
Zelfs met verwarming uit en raam open leek het er nog een sauna!
