There is limited free parking on site. Public parking is also available across the road and charges may be applicable.
The hotel does not have any ground floor rooms; all rooms are accessed via a spiral staircase, and there is no elevator.
Unfortunately there is no air conditioning throughout the hotel. However fans are provided in all the rooms.

Excellent location, cute building inside and out. Very clean/modern rooms and decor.
Weather was 30°+ for the 2 nights I was here, room was very hot (as was the whole of England) so more suited to cooler weather. Staff did try and help with a fan for the room.
Very close to my meeting place. The first time I staying in Canary wharf and I think it’s is a nice place. Breakfast at 37th floor.
Small room however really clean, comfy bed, hospitality tray, good location with private car park (free).

Traffic noise was loud and due to warm weather had to have windows open however traffic went quiet after 9pm. Lovely breakfast and staff were attentive and helpful.

Excellent location for exploring the town. Warm welcome on arrival and friendly, helpful staff. Decor of room fresh and relaxing; super comfy bed. Lovely chilled vibe from bar and dining areas. Good breakfast menu - chef’s homemade granola delicious! Little touches that made a difference like shortbread and fan in room.
Noise from traffic in room overlooking the road could be annoying for some travellers but after a day exploring the town it didn’t bother me.
Clean, looked very nice. Too hot in summer. We had the windows open which meant it was very noise on the Main Street. We were given 2 fans to help us sleep.

We stayed in a studio and it was perfect as there was plenty of room, plus there was a sofa so we could sit comfortably (rather than lie on the bed) Food was excellent and the hotel was close enough to amenities but still quiet.
The room needed more air - when we first arrived, it was quite damp smelling until we opened all windows and the door
