Staff are friendly n helpful

the service staffs are very polite.

we booked 1 twins room and 1 family room.

there's no lift in this hotel, so if traveling with elderly probably need to choose room at the ground floor. but the activities (hotel backrooms) are happen there, so probably not suitable for those light sleeper.

for twin room located ground floor, there is no window. with standing shower.

for family room located first floor, it's very big with 2 king size beds. with bathtub(climbing of stairs required. we have 1 big luggage, so it's pretty challenging to carry it up and down).

the bad points.
1)the toilet flooring is so slippery when it's wet. the hotel did place a pair of flip flop in the room but my granny doesn't feel comfortable wearing it. will be great if they can treat the floor with non slip solution or place non slip mat.

2) the bathtub is very high. so short people like us is quite difficult to climb in and out and there's no grip handles near. so it's quite dangerous for elderly. since the bathroom is big, it will be great if they can install standing shower. the basin pipe is spoil, so if you turn up for heavier flow of water, the water will spill from the pipe, causing wet floor. the bathroom room floor is very slippery too.

3) carpet for both rooms required cleaning badly. when we walk without shoe after shower, our soles will be all dirty when we reach the bed.

hope these will be improved. it will be a better place to stay.

The experience is that the toilet has centipede that crawl up my legs and also the beds that had some big ants and started to bite during the wee hours in the morning

The room was very small. In one of the room given air cond not functioning well and water pressure was not acceptable at all. The room space was not acceptable at all.

It was nice stayed for a budget hotel with breakfast

Great place to stay, good staff

Overall it good but only the breakfast didn't much to choose and also the door and the closet got broken at the side. This place is surrounded by supermarket and restaurants. Walking distance only need 5 to 10 minutes to reach the area. also got staff to keep my motorcycle safe. Can recommend to other if want to go raub to stay at the hotel. There got a friendly and helpful staff. I will go again to stay when I go raub

walk in rates is cheaper than on libe booking

Location was near to town (about 5-7 minutes depends on traffic) and Uitm Raub. Staff were attentive & helpful. No lift, only stairs. Booked a superior deluxe ( have 2 queen beds and a sofa) - free wifi and big television. Bathroom have bathtub, basic toiletries hot shower and towels. Iron facilities provided at the corner of the floor. Near to Tunas Manja supermarket & Pasaraya Hari-Hari. KFC, Raub kopitiam and mamak stall are just behind the block. Hotel pay for the parking and the staff will place the parking coupon for you. Simple breakfast provided but only a small portion, so you have to be early. Nice stay. Will stay here again if i come to Raub in the future.

I booked the hotel on 26 May 2018 for 14 July 2018 staying BUT when arrived at hotel, my booking was not in the hotel booking system. Fortunately, the staff managed to get me 2 rooms at homestay nearby. I really disappointed with expedia. Bad service

Its not located at main road and therefore the surrounding is quiet. Clean & smells good. Good facilities. Simple yet delicious breakfast. Wide room with coffee & kettle facilities. PR of the receptionist is good. Even the kakak cleaner also smile all the time.

Booked via agoda and got deluxe room with king bed for RM91.40.

Checked in room 205 on 1 Dec 2017 for a night.

Good:
- easy parking and hotel pays parking coupon
- room 205 carpet not smelly
- free wifi in room
- lots of wardrobe space
- cool cosy room
- simple breakfast 7.30 am to 10 am (teh tarik, toast and fried rice)
- walking distance to koptiam, mamak, fast food (KFC & Pizza Hut) and supermarket
- friendly and helpful staff
- we were allowed in the room at 11 am even though check-in was 2 pm

Not so good
- no lifts
- stairs quite steep for families or elderly/infirm
- lukewarm shower poor pressure
- hose pipe and shower fittings loose/chipped
- tv audio poor for all channels except TV1
- beside lightbulbs missing
- located a bit out of main town centre

This is the second time I stayed this hotel but unfortunately this also will be the last time.
the housekeeping service was terrible, I noticed there is some sound from the toilet and I tried to switch off the main switch of water however some red color liquid come out and it was terrible ( In later the girl explained it was cleansing powder color).
I walked down from second floor to the reception (there were no elevator) and the girl asked me why didnt call to the reception using the phone to call the counter and after that she realised housekeeper forgot to put the phone on my room, after that the staff went up and check and did a little bit 'fixing' and said it was okay. However, after that I still heard the sound and i called to reception using my own phone (they still didnt put the phone inside. The girl asked me to wait for 30 mins, if after 30 mins still the same only called again, I wait for 40 mins and i called back asked for change the room and they said all rooms are full. I was super angry and I said i will check out if no room available and I will complain to the manager, she only said ok she will check , after long checking she only agree for me to change the room and it was 11pm already, but she requested me to come down and take the key and go back to 4th floor, again i need to took my luggage down and up again (without lift), terrible experience!!

Overall good, just the breakfast is limited, no variety.

Good location for food a very good restaurants nearby, Kim Leng. My guide had no trouble looking for hotel as well. Hotel rooms are getting old but still clean and comfortable enough. I think if there are other stuff like Hari Dryers included, I would have given a much higher rating.
