Pros:

The receptionist was helpful.

Cons:

The property looks nothing like in the picture. We booked a family room as we were 3 adults with 2 infants, but the rooms were awful. It was full with ants and we had ask the reception to help us with some bug spray and they had a really bad infestation. No solution was so ever offered and we had to sleep in a room full with bug spray.

Für einen Kurzaufenthalt geeignet und für Personen, die mit der Bahn kommen.
Pros:

DIie Lage ist gut, ca. 400 m vom Bahnhof entfernt. Die Straßenbahn hält direkt vor dem Hotel. Das Personal war sehr freundlich.

Cons:

schade, dass es keine Bar gab oder ein Restaurant gibt. Es gab nur eine kleine Lobby am Empfang.
Die Duschkabine war sehr klein und man musste eine Stufe hinaufsteigen.

Pros:

Great staff. Clean room. We are a fan of old historic buildings so this was perfect for us. Parking was off location but we parked in front and they showed us the parking garage and gave us a remote. Walking distance to all the historic places.

Pros:

Great location for station and town. Staff were helpful and efficient. A welcome drink on arrival was lovely. Compact bathroom had everything we needed but the shower was a bit of a squeeze and we’re not large people. Room cleaned every day which can be unusual these days in some hotels. We didn’t take breakfast but the dining area looked really lovely. A proper family run and professional hotel with classic decor in the public areas. The fridge was very useful and chilled things well.

Cons:

The room faced the Main Street which was very noisy on Saturday night into the early hours of the morning around 4/5am. We had to close the window which meant we were very warm (no air con).
The one free bottle of water could perhaps have been replaced on a daily basis.
