Altehrwürdiges Hotel in zentraler Lage
Pros:

Es war ein toller Service, jede Frage wurde freundlich beantwortet.
Das Frühstück ist sehr abwechslungsreich.
Trotz zentraler Lage direkt an der Straßenbahn war es sehr ruhig in der Nacht.
Topp fand ich auch den Schuhputzservice,
Abends vor die Tür gestellt nächsten Morgen waren sie blitzeblank.

Cons:

Die Ausstattung der Zimmer ist z. T. renovierungsbedürftig.

Pros:

Im weiteren Verlauf meines Aufenthaltes hat sich der positive Ersteindruck bestätigt.
Insbesondere das sehr angenehme Frühstücksambiente ist auf sehr positive Weise außergewöhnlich. Es gibt tagesaktuelle Druckerzeugnisse, also Tageszeitung zum Anfassen. Wo gibt es das denn doch. Außerdem gibt es auf jedem Tisch frische Blumen. Der Kaffee wird an den Frühstückstisch gebracht. Viele meiner Mitmenschen bezeichnen das wohl als „oldschool“. Ich habe dafür keinen passenden Begriff, Ur ein angenehmes Gefühl. Und schon jetzt freue ich mich auf meinen nächsten Aufenthalt.
Zu guter letzt: Die Art und Weise des empfangen werden und des verabschiedet werden an der Rezeption rundet den Aufenthalt noch positiv ab.

Cons:

Den Umstand, dass man sich (zumindest im von mir gebuchten Zimmer) beim Toilettengang „etwas schmal machen“ muss, nehme ich ob der vielen positiven Aspekte gerne in Kauf.

Perfekte Wahl
Pros:

Ich habe 2 Übernachtungen meiner Frau zum Geburtstag geschenkt und sie war höchst zufrieden mit meiner Wahl. Alles perfekt, Zimmer, Frühstück, Ausstattung und ein sehr freundliches, zuvorkommendes Personal. Das Hotel liegt direkt in der Füßgängerzone, Alte Mainbrücke, Residenz, Festung Marienberg usw. ist alles gut zu Fuß erreichbar.

Äußerst angenehm
Pros:

Was für ein herrlicher Ort! Absolut zuvorkommendes Personal, tolle Zimmer mit klassischer und anmutender Ausstattung! Super Frühstück, tolle Lage. Einfach mehr als alles, was man von einem perfekten Stadthotel erwartet. Vielen Dank!

Location of the hotel is excellent, you are in the middle of everything, nice restaurants, and it's easy to walk around the city

Der Aufenthalt war schön
Pros:

- Die Lage war sehr zentral und man konnte das Auto über die Tage komplett stehen lassen
- Das Personal war jederzeit sehr nett und zuvorkommend, vor allem beim Frühstück
- Insgesamt ein charmantes kleineres Hotel

Cons:

- Das Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Vor allem die Fenster sollten dringend modernisiert werden. (Man hört nahezu alles was so auf der Straße gesprochen wird, obwohl die Fenster zu sind).
- Eine Lampe hat nicht funktioniert. (Ich habe es zu Beginn angesprochen. Vielleicht wurde es nach unserer Abreise erledigt)
- Thermostat in einem Zimmer war nicht fixiert. Man konnte also nur mit Mühe die Heizung größer oder kleiner machen.
- auf meiner Seite des Doppelbettes hat ein Leiste vom Lattenrost gefehlt. (Ich dachte, dass die Matratze durchgelegen wäre, bis ich am Abreisetag nachgeschaut hatte und eine fehlende Leiste entdeckte)
