ホテル自体は悪くありませんが、事前のメッセージのやりとりに難ありでした
Pros:

シングルルームですが、部屋のほうが結構広くベッドも大きいです。内装は中世の街並を描いた壁紙がとてもすてきでした。スリッパやウェルカム水ボトルも置いてありました。エアコンがないので送風機が壁際に置いてありましたが、太い蛇腹のダクトが出ていて「ここから風を送るってこと？」と仕組みがいまいちわかりませんでした。でも熱風が出るわけではないので少しは役にたったのかもしれません。立地は駅から歩きやすい道をまっすぐ向かうだけ。町の中心にも近いのでとてもいいロケーションです。

Cons:

洗面台が小さすぎて使いにくかったです。シングルルームだけの難点かもしれませんが、スペースはあるのになぜかとても小さいシンク。そのうえ水の出てくる部分があまり動かないので顔を洗うときぶつけそうになり、ぶつけないようにすると洗顔する水の半分ぐらいがバシャバシャと足下に落ちてビシャビシャになってしまいました。横のスペースはじゅうぶん余裕はあるのでもう少し大きいシンクだと良かったと思います。
脚にトラブルを抱えているのでバスタブで筋肉をほぐしたい、という意味でいつもバスタブ付の部屋を探しています。今回も事前にリクエストしたところ「保証はできないけど、できる限り対処します」という返事でした。半年も早く予約し到着も朝9時前。可能性を信じてホテルで聞くと「シングルルームだからないよ」という返事。え？そういう返信ではなかったはず。その日は土曜日で、満室だったので他の部屋にかえもらうこともできませんでした。それなら最初から「シングルルームでは無理だから他の部屋なら・・」などと返信してほしかったです。そうすれば部屋を変えるとか他のホテルを探すとかしたはずです。チェックイン日の前日にも念のためメールを送っていたのですが、私がホテルに到着して「ないよ」の話を聞いたあとの午後2時ぐらいに、前日のメールに対する返信がきてました。「リクエストにはできる限り対処します」これは、私がどの部屋を予約したかなどを全く確認しないまま、メールがくれば、定番返信メールをコピペして送っているってことだと思います。私にとってはこのリクエストは結構大事なものなので、ないならない、ときちんと返事をしてほしかったです。フロントの方の対応はとても感じよかったですが、事前のメールのやりとりがいい加減で、イメージがダウンしました。小さすぎる洗面台以外はとてもよいホテルだったのですが、そこだけは残念です。

Besser wo anders Buchen Preis Leistung passt nicht
Cons:

Ich war nicht zufrieden musste 1 km weit weg parken Frühstück war 5 min zu spät und schbubs geschlossen obwohl noch alles stand und ich gefragt habe nehme mir einen Teller mit aufs Zimmer. Also Gesamt war unfreundliches Personal Zimmer klein Ausstattung Naja nicht gerade gut. Insgesamt würde ich sagen lieber ein anderes Hotel nehmen in Würzburg. Das einzig gute ist die Lage aber das war es dann auch.
