Very comfortable and clean.
Pros:

It was quiet. The room was spacious and comfortable.

heir customer service is poor, and their staff’s attitude is unprofessional.
Cons:

The room we were assigned was not clean, and the restroom was in poor condition with an unpleasant odor. We raised the issue with the front desk, but we were not offered a room change; we were told the hotel was fully occupied, which did not appear to be the case. Housekeeping arrived only after approximately an hour, and despite our concerns, maintained that the room had been cleaned prior to our arrival and suggested that we request a different room if we were dissatisfied.
Additionally, the elevator was out of service during our two-night stay. I had noticed similar complaints in prior reviews, but chose to book the hotel nonetheless. Unfortunately, our experience mirrored those issues, and I would not stay at this property again.

Almost perfect!
Pros:

Very clean and breakfast was good.

Cons:

Shower head pressure. I couldn't wash my hair. My sister's room was fine.
