Cons:

Our reservation, which had been made two weeks beforehand was given away upon our arrival just because we arrived at 10:00. This was infuriating, and the staff suggested we stay at a different motel. We didn't want to and the only way to stay at the present hotel was to rebook it again while we were sitting in the lobby. The hotel itself was excellent, but this front desk decision was unacceptable.

It was ok, a little disappointed in the cleanliness factor and not being able to use the sink but twice.
Pros:

Location was good, we were going river tubing which was right behind the hotel. Breakfast was good, staff was friendly.

Cons:

Our room wasn’t the cleanest, some kind of brown smeared on wall next to toilet, hair everywhere including the bed, floor in bathroom was grimy around wall. bathroom sink was clogged and took 30 minutes to drain after washing hands.

I have nothing to say about this property. Everything was great. It was clean and the breakfast was a place.

Love this place it was very clean. Everyone was nice. It was close to everything that we needed to walk to would definitely stay again at the same hotel highly recommended if you’re ever going to Helen, Ga.

Pros:

This is not a very clean hotel. We checked in and went to our room and found that the floors were not clean in the entire room and bathroom. There is mold on the shower ceiling and the backsplash is filthy. It doesn’t look like they have ever dusted any where.

Great Stay with Outstanding Customer Service
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay! The front desk staff was friendly, welcoming, and incredibly accommodating throughout our visit. Traveling with teenagers always comes with a few adventures, and my kids managed to lock our keys in the room more than once. Each time, the staff was patient, understanding, and happy to help us with new keys.
The breakfast was good, but what really made the experience special was the lady working in the breakfast area. She was so kind, friendly, and attentive. Her positive attitude truly made our stay even more enjoyable.
Thank you to the entire team for your excellent hospitality. We would definitely stay here again!
