Jumping and running
Pros:

I was able to change rooms, due to discrepancies found during unpacking our luggage.

Cons:

Very noisy in the room above us, sounded like the children were running and jumping everywhere. After and before quiet hours ended, hitting walls, you name it. Pitiful! Parents should teach their children to have respect for others in nearby rooms.

La posizione, comoda per quello che dovevo fare.

Cons:

Il personale della reception, in particolare la persona che mi ha fatto il check in, per nulla cordiale e non molto professionale. Non tengono minimamente conto che un ospite non americano può anche non comprendere immediatamente tutte le cose che dicono alla velocità della luce... Se chiedi di ripetere, sembrano spazientirsi. Capisco la necessità di risparmiare sui costi, sopratutto del personale, ma così mi sembra troppo.

We had a great time and will definitely stay here again when in Helen.
Pros:

The location was great for walking around Helen. The facility was clean and the rooms were comfortable. Staff was friendly and informative.

Pros:

Our room was big and nicely laid out. It's location is great if you want to walk around town.

Cons:

Shower part of the bathroom needs a little help. Still has a tub and when you turn on the shower, half of the water is running from the faucet and half through the shower head. The curtain is short so water spills out . We also had problems with our key card and had to return to the desk several times to try to fix the issue.

Pros:

Very nice and clean location was very Good close to everything that I needed was a great day. Would recommend it to anybody that needed to go to that town to stay in breakfast was on time check in check out was very good.

Cons:

The only issues that we had was that the floors did sound when people walked, but that is understandable

Overall it was a great place to stay! Good location! Just a few hiccups!
Pros:

Breakfast was very good. The beds were comfortable.

Cons:

The bathroom wasn't as clean as I expected. The pull out sofa bed had used sheets on it and we had to go get new sheets.

Will definitely be putting this location on the regular places to stay in north GA
Pros:

Highly recommended for anyone looking to visit Helen, GA. Very cost efficient, clean location right down town within waking distance of all the shops.
