Enjoyed the place. Had a good breakfast every morning. Staff was very friendly. Would stay here again if I go back.

I had a short overnight stay, the room was comfy but I was upset that it wasn’t cleaned/prepped properly. All night

Location, the room was spacious.

Cons:

It seems the room was not cleaned properly. Found dark stands of hair in the shower, on the toilet seat, tissue box had 2 tissues, and bottle cap was left on the chair by the desk. Shower doors also needed a cleaning.

Excellent Helen-Hilton Experience!
Pros:

A wonderful experience! Aside from the tornado alert right after I checked in—a situation where I must say Danita did a wonderful job following safety protocols—everything was excellent. The morning staff also did a great job during breakfasts.

Cons:

Speaking of breakfast, a lot of things run out by the second day.

The beds are very comfortable and the staff are very friendly.

The indoor pool is air conditioned to the point of being uncomfortable and the breakfast is so poor quality it's barely edible.
