Would not book again disappointed from years gone by.

Needed to check out one night early for work and yes booking was made thru bookings.com, however payment was taken for the full two nights from hotel direct.

Mauvaise expérience

Nous avons eu une mauvaise expérience ce sont des arnaquer, nous nous sommes trompé lors de notre réservation et avons appelé 10mn après c être rendu compte, et comme par hasard personnes ne répond à l acceuil et on c est fait répond que le réceptionniste était en retard et qu'il fallait rappeler à 23h et ,personnes n a jamais plus répondu pour ensuite nous faire dire l heure est passer on peut pas vous rembourser, c est vraiment malheureux de leur part et pas professionnelle . Réfléchir à deux fois avant de réserver.

Deux prestations en moins donc mitigée sinon pour le reste c’est correct

La piscine avec chaufferie soit disant en « panne «  (on est resté 3 nuits ) pas vu de réparateur ..donc eau très froide et le petit déjeuner continental pas dispo car : « pas de cuisto » depuis quand ?
