Pros:

文句の付け所がありませんでした。エントランスからホテル内、客室、お風呂、夕食、朝食、スタッフの対応など、とても良かったです。ハワイのMarriottホテルを思い出しました！

A beautiful hotel with great facilities but disappointing service at the front desk.
Pros:

Beautiful, spacious room and bathroom. Beds were so soft and comfortable. Buffet breakfast was fantastic.

Cons:

The temperature of our room was too hot and the air conditioner would only heat not cool the room. The staff at the front desk were not very friendly or helpful. We paid for our accommodation in full 7 days before our stay but staff at front desk said we hadn’t paid. They eventually found our payment, but did not give the service you’d expect in this type of hotel.

床太軟，塔型的飯店都無法開窗，冷氣也不夠冷，很熱，台灣人應該會不太習慣。
Wifi很難連，還需要打電話到大陸開通你的手機，很麻煩。

北海道では最高峰。また泊まりたくなるホテル
Pros:

居心地が良く、食事が全てハイクオリティでホスピタリティも大満足です！

Cons:

ホテルからリフト乗り場までの道のりに起伏があり毎回板を担いで大変でした。もう少し楽にアクセスできたらいいと思いました。
メゾネットのベッドルームに鏡が無いのが不便。姿見があると良い。

I would definitely stay at the Westin again.
Pros:

You can't beat the location for snowboarding at Rusutsu. The rooms were clean, modern, comfortable and had a wonderful view! I thought the food at the Atrium was very good.

Cons:

Small stuff. I had two enormous televisions in my suite. But, didn't get to use either very much because they weren't smart TV's. And except for the news stations everything else was in Japanese, which I don't speak. And, I thought the breakfast space was a bit limited for the amount of people eating each morning. It was often a bit too crowded to feel like you could have a nice relaxed breakfast and enjoy the spread.

Great stay, whole family loved it!
Pros:

Clean, modern looking room which looks recently renovated. Breakfast and room service were above expectations. Rooms are spacious, giving lots of space for my 2 young kids to play. Hotel is a bit away from the main ski area, but the monorail helped overcome this issue. Very glad we chose this.

Cons:

Although the room is clearly for 4 pax, housekeeping kept giving us just 2 towels. Had to repeat the cycle to calling for 2 extra towels every day.
Good food options while available are somewhat limited if you don’t drive out.

Amazing!
Pros:

Amazing location & delicious breakfast. The view from the rooms was spectacular!!
