Just crazy pet fees?
Pros:

Good

Cons:

Pet fee $50 ok then you put four more fees on top of this . No other hotel did this to us . The pet would be no different than a small child staying.

Staff was kind, the kickback was a nice experience, breakfast was great, Jacuzzi was nice, gym was 24/7, and customer service was wonderful.

Cons:

Bar changing for drinks was a disappointment because they used to be free. Pillows were horrible

The food was great and the value excellent!!

Cons:

If I had to critique anything negatively (which is honestly difficult as everything was wonderful) I would say the bedding (blankets, pillows) could use an upgrade.

Drury is my home away from home
Pros:

The staff was friendly, professional, and welcoming throughout my stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. I appreciated the complimentary breakfast and evening food options, which added great value. The location was convenient and easily accessible.

Cons:

Overall my stay was positive. The only area for improvement would be managing the flow at the food bar, as some guests were overly assertive which affected the comfort of the experience. I do realize it is an all you can eat option but the curiosity of some people these days is forgotten around "FREE" food.

Pros:

The Drury Inn and Suites in North Louisville was clean, welcoming and very comfortable. Our room was spacious and very clean. The breakfast and dinner included with our stay was a great surprise. The meals were well prepared and the wait staff was excellent. We will make this our hotel of choice when visiting Louisville again!
