这次订的是双人房，连住3天，服务员打扫房间竟然只整理了一个床铺，一个未整理！这次是第二次入住这家酒店，订了之前住过的房型但这次房间也不是之前住的那种房间，这次比较陈旧

第二天有打掃，但晚上回到房間後，窗戶跟窗簾竟然都是打開的；還有浴室浴缸裡的濾網沒有放回去。
馬桶的水箱好像壞了，感覺一直有水流著，建議趕快修理吧。

Très bien situé proche de Osaka station, à qq mètres d'un métro, sur la ligne M qui dessert les points principaux de la ville.
Check in et check out rapides sur automates avec assistance personnel très aimable et serviable
Ascenseur. Lave-linge à l'étage.
Possibilité de laisser les bagages avant le check in et après le check out, vraiment très pratique (bagagerie et casiers à code).
Chambre et lits confortables. Taille de la chambre ok pour 3.
Présence d'un porte valise à signaler car assez rare.
Salle de bain ok et clim efficace.
Plutôt calme, rideaux occultants

Cons:

Petit-déjeuner compris (une boisson chaude et onigiri pas bons. À éviter). Mais l'hôtel a l'avantage de le proposer. Après, on le prend ou pas
