The staff and facilities were excellent, thank you! I would stay here again.
Pros:

The complimentary breakfast was basic, but fine for me, and the location suited me as well. Train transport or walking to Shinsaibashi, Osaka Castle, Umeda was all easy from the hotel.

Also, the front desk staff were great; very helpful, friendly and professional.

Perfectly located and so well maned, this hotel was exactly what you need as a couple travelling to Osaka.

Very friendly staff, good location, but dirty hotel rooms
Pros:

Staff were very friendly and bed was comfortable

Cons:

the bathroom was dirty, it looked as though there was some kind of mold or mildew in the corners of the bathroom and on the ceiling. The curtains also had random holes that let the light in and parts of the room were covered in dust

Pros:

It is really close to Metro and one stop to Uneda. For us it is perfect location

Cons:

It is not negative point but if hotel offer it, it will be great. Surprisingly there is no usb sockets next to the normal socket so we still need to use adaptor for our mobile phone and tablet.

Pros:

Se cogió la habitación que supuestamente había desayuno. Nuestra sorpresa fue que el desayuno que nos facilitaron es el típico desayuno local, el cual, de buena mañana para las personas europeas, no es el mejor desayuno a ofrecer.
Si querías un desayuno que pudieras elegir el desayuno tenías que pagar.
No nos facilitaron, ni solicitándolo, el desayuno para llevar antes de las 7 de la mañana. Con lo cual, se nos complicó la entrada al parque Universal en Osaka.

Cons:

Desde luego, el colchón de las camas no era el más cómodo posible. Estuvimos tres días y personalmente acabé con la espalda totalmente contracturada.
Por otra parte, no estaría mal que al hotel le pusieran el nombre en la puerta ya que no tienen letrero y te vuelves un poco loco a la hora de localizarlo, parece más bien un edificio de pisos o oficinas...
