מלון מסורתי יקר יחסית, קצת ישן לטעמנו

היינו משפחה של 5.
המקום מנוהל על יד אנשים מאוד חמודים, מנסים לעזור בכל דבר.
ארוחת בוקר יפנית מסורתית- מאוד מושקעות והמגישות ממש חמודות.
לי פחות התאים המרק וכל הרכיבים בבוקר- אבל למי שכן, ממליצה!

Café da manhã tradicional japonês excelente, quarto confortável e amplo, onde tínhamos uma bela vista do lago. O Onsen tinha um vista do Fuji e estava bom. É um belo hotel no geral, entendemos que é uma boa relação custo-benefício.

Lovely lake side hotel with onsen!
Pros:

Highly recommend a tatami room! Very aesthetic old school hotel. The onsen is awesome. We also loved the Japanese breakfast. Location is great, we got a taxi from the train station and then the hotel shuttle back. You can hire bikes down the road to ride around the lake. Good restaurants close by and a sake brewery. We had great views of Mount Fuji on our last day. Nice to have a gym to use to! Lovely staff members.

這趟旅程，讓我頗印象深刻之一，是這昭和年代就有的河口湖酒店，該飯店保留了時代的痕跡，古式的建築，壁爐裝潢與格局，牆邊有天皇到訪過的照片，房間為日式的榻榻米+窗景聊天看河口湖畔，空間比起市區房間大上一倍又有鄉村的安靜，再配上乾淨舒適的泡湯環境（天氣好還可以看到富士山），使得晚上睡得非常的好。

再來，裡面的服務員之親切，使該旅館充滿溫暖。他們的早餐，用了日式傳統的器皿，滿滿的儀式感伴著窗邊的如畫般的景，告訴我們，請慢慢享受，不用急，世界那麼大走訪不完的，先好好吃完這頓再說吧。

由於住兩天，還貼心的幫我們變換早餐菜色，頭天主食是小鍋物，第二天主食是鐵板牛肉，佐著優格、生菜、海苔、鐵板蛋、水果、醬料與飯。主食與蛋尤其誇張，是燭火邊鐵板滋滋煮著的，早餐這樣真的很豐盛。樓下還可以有現沖咖啡，超棒！

El onsen de la última planta nos encantó, y la experiencia de dormir en futón también. El personal fue muy cortés y amable con nosotros. El lugar en el que se ubica es muy muy bueno también.

Cons:

El precio me parece un poco elevado para el hotel, ya que es un poco antiguo y las habitaciones son normales. Creo que todo lo demás fue estupendo.

Pros:

Schönes authentisches Hotel. Wir haben genau nach so einem Hotel gesucht, deswegen hat uns das Hotel sehr gut gefallen. Die Onsen waren schön warm mit Blick auf den Fuji und die Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich. Wir hatten ein Economy Zimmer gebucht ohne Dusche haben jedoch kostenlos ein Upgrade bekommen mit Badezimmer und Seeblick (Das Zimmer war sehr gut). Würde wir noch mal buchen.

The staff were very kind and genuinely helpful.
A young staff member made a real effort to help when there was an issue with my room, carefully checking the heating and hot water and arranging a room change.
I really liked the new room afterward.
The onsen was excellent and very relaxing.

Cons:

I spent my first night in a room that was extremely cold and drafty, which was very uncomfortable and affected my rest.
The issue was only addressed the next day.
