Great hotel withe great vibe
Pros:

Rooms are spacious, clean qnd smell good. Service is great. Staffs are friendly. Food is good. Live music every Friday night is just awesome. Definitely a recommended hotel for both business and vacation purposes. A family friendly hotel.
Would love to come back at every chance I have when visiting Lampung.

Good experience staying in this hotel. Location is very convenient. Macdonalds and KFC within walking distance. Service is very pleasant, especially with Dona. Room service easily available. A hotel i will recommend for short stay and visit to lampung

Pros:

Very Recommendations for staying with my family, i stayed in a nice view with pool, and Receptionist staff with Ms Dona very friendly and gave clear and good explanation of the room and hotel facilities as well as a fast wifi connection and thank you for excellent service

Pros:

The property is in bad condition as a newer hotel.

Need to replace all the bed linens and towels urgently (lots different stains on them).

Bathroom needs upgrade.

The only good thing about this property is the location.

Good location walking distance to mall
Pros:

As soon as I entered the room the smell cigarette was so strong. My room suppose to be no smoking. The bathroom was flooded. The carpet was so dirty. I was there for 5 days never seen employee vacuum or clean the carpet. I was asking for water since 9 PM till I'm checking out the water never send to my room. Overall the employees was really friendly.
