Pros:

Nice location, good staff and facilities are nice, they could really improve on the water pressure and lighting in the bathrooms.

Pros:

Slow housekeeping service. Leaking water around toilet. Food was good sometimes lacking items on menu though. Building was relatively clean. Staff was friendly and tried their best to please although at times still lacking in efficiency.

Pros:

Property situated remotely. Housekeep staff was very ineffective. The entire stay, didn’t clean the room (despite me reminding to clean and replace towels starting day 2). 1 evening i had to go to them to ask for new towels and they couldn't provide fresh towels as ran out for the day. All other staff members were capable. Just housekeeping staff.

Not recommending, not coming back.
Pros:

They don't have the very basic must haves for hotel operations. Lets start with a non-contactable published number. No wifi, no slippers, fridge is empty. The worst of all, at 7:30am, hungry customers lining up as there is no more food at the buffet, wait, i should say catering since they put the food on your plate, the serving, no. of slices, etc... "takal takal" in short with food like scrambled egg, beef steak, fried bangus, and i think those were the only choices. There's coffee that's the good part with milk. OJ, though available for free, you need to ask for it, with 3 follow ups then comes your Tang in glasses. Staff are corteous though, I think its the management that is bad. Definitely not worth my ~11k overnight stay.

definitely one hotel to consider
Pros:

rivermount is new , this is one hotel to choose. its in Laoag so convenient to go places as long as you have your car/ van .this hotel can cater to big groups as they have double deck beds, 2 conference rooms, spacious lobby, nice infinity pool, elevator, bar and restaurant. outside the hotel is a highway so DO NOT expect to see other restaurants nor convenience store within walking distance. wetland and mountain View is nice and relaxing. staffs are polite. I notice room is dark on the luggage area side, so adding a lamp will be great. Providing whitish towel is also better if towels are super used even if its laundry cleaned. overall stay is very good. I would definitely stay here in the future. no wifi in room, hopefully in the future theyll have in rooms.

Pros:

I booked for the group room mountain view for 13-14 person (7bunk beds) when I came in the gave me 4 bunk beds good for 8 person the insist that it was Expedia who did it I showed them that on the Expedia website the group room was for 13-14 person. So they changed the room

Pros:

I was on a work-cation and had to log in each day and work a couple of hours. There was no internet here. only in the lobby and i could not even use it to open up my webmail. The TV had 8 channels and now 24 news channel. The hotel forbid bring in any outside food or drinks to your room. I would only recommend it if you wanted a quite place to reads some books, but that's it.
