Overall a great stay
Pros:

Breakfast and Dinner spread in the restaurant was very good,
The A/C was at the right temperature in spite of the heat outside

Cons:

Found the bed not so firm to our liking.
The corridors were not cool enough

Das Hotel ist sauber und das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Die Zimmer sind nicht mehr ganz up to date aber immer noch gut.Die beuden Restaurants im Hotel sind sehr gut.

Good hotel, unnecessary pre-payment which ended up being stressful and costly
Pros:

Good, comfortable hotel in a very good location.

Cons:

The hotel took a pre payment on my credit card when I checked in. It was far higher than the booking price. When the amount was adjusted after checkout I paid much more than anticipated, possibly because of being charged in ZAR instead of INR. I was told at checkout that this advance was optional and I should have been given the option to decline.
