Location and staff is good
I must admit that I was genuinely disappointed by the condition of the room during my recent stay. As a returning guest, I had a very pleasant experience during my previous visit, which made this experience completely unexpected.
Room cleanliness is a fundamental expectation from a hotel of your reputation, and unfortunately, this stay did not meet that standard. I sincerely hope the necessary corrective actions are implemented to ensure no guest has a similar experience in the future.

Varied breakfast including eggs and dousa made on order, Indian and Occidental options, bakery. Restaurant in the hotel is absolutely excellent, in fact also highly rated, a reason to stay at this hotel.
Not much. The whole structure is a bit old in some detail, the ventilation grid in the room was full of dust.

The overall stay was very good and the service from the staffs like Sanjay was extraordinary.
I would recommend to stay in this hotel as this is in Prime location.

This hotel is in an excellent location, close to shopping and restaurants. I enjoyed breakfast and one dinner in the restaurant. Service and food is great.Pool area is nice.
The service of the hotel is great and all staffs are polite and always greets you with smile.
Staffs - Sanjay & Mahak
Stayed in 611 on the night of 10th June 2026. Hotel is in the middle of the town and seems one of the oldest. You do have an old world charm at places and given the overall age, up keep is nice. During the stay I didn’t happen to see any lifts around so yes you will have to take stairs up and down.
Room isn’t very large but comfortable - but noise insulation between rooms is poor. The pot seat in my washroom was not tight and moving around. The iron was broken too.
Ordered non veg club sandwich for dinner and both the taste and quantity was very nice.
Breakfast team is good and the spread ok.
Overall, nice and peaceful stay.
They also have a permit wine shop inside the premises - adding the image
