Pros:

Initially, the room given had a garden view but had faulty things, like locker, no warm water. The staff rectified it and helped me move to a better room facing the swimming pool. Food was good and restaurant manager was very cordial. Thankful for free lemonade :))

Cons:

Welcome drink was not provided, I was told it was only for VIP or people who paid ? I was like I too am paying for the stay! Overall, helpful staff but I did not enjoy the stay.

Pros:

Everything - polite hospitable professional staff. Excellent food. Restaurant staff were knowledgeable about cuisine - helped in selecting menu. Tastefully designed rooms, lobby, reception.

Cons:

I must admit that I was genuinely disappointed by the condition of the room during my recent stay. As a returning guest, I had a very pleasant experience during my previous visit, which made this experience completely unexpected.
Room cleanliness is a fundamental expectation from a hotel of your reputation, and unfortunately, this stay did not meet that standard. I sincerely hope the necessary corrective actions are implemented to ensure no guest has a similar experience in the future.
