Aniise Villa Resort

Shocking difference between Expedia photos of resort and actual. The resort is dilapidated and filthy, old and in urgent need of attention and renovation. The best way I can make my point is to say I walked from a 5 day $600 stay rather than remain at this run down resort.

Really nice pool area and access to the beach. Big selection of food available in the restaurant.

Again our stay was a wonderful experience. Ansiie is a very clean well maintained Hotel with pools and gardens ans a beautiful Beach. The breakfast had a good combination of Local and Western items. The staff was always helpful and helped us find things and people we needed to find.

Very friendly staff. Very nice restaurant and very good breakfast buffet. Comfortable king size bed. Everything was very nice. Happy to be here!

The bathroom was horrible, molding, spider web on the ceiling. When shower, the entire bathroom is all wet. Bed making noises when moving. Service was not professional, staffs busy watching soccer. Nobody greets us when we arrive nor help us with luggages. This is a resort, not a motel. The only possitive things was the food, it was good. The pool was nice and warm.

The hotel was very nice, clean, convenient and had a friendly helpful staff who helped us find a motorbike rental and was always happy to answer all questions about local history and even to help find people we had met two years ago. The pool was at our door and two other pools were nearby. The beach was very beautiful and we loved swimming there in the South China Sea. The restaurant had a great breakfast and even a buffet some days. We met friends from years past and enjoyed some terrific street food in walking distance. On the beach street to our North was great Banh Xeo and two streets to our South was great Seafood soup and Squid in a wonderful sauce. We loved evening walks along the beach. We will be staying there again.

This hotel is totally overpriced! No englisch, no help with luggage, no smile or anything that would make you feel welcome! It feels like they don't want white people there at all! Had big busses and cars arriving in the afternoon with Asians (can't specify where from,China?) They took over the hotel till late at night! Played loud music at the beach. We couldn't complain because absolutely no english is spoken! And because we didn't felt welcome we think that they wouldn't do anything about it at all just because we are white! Breakfast is just for Asians. They have super hard baguette (had to cut of 1-2 cm for it to be ok) and one pot of jam. You can get eggs but you don't feel like interrupting the 5 grumpy staff members sitting next to it. Also the Asian breakfast isn't good meet is hard as rock and mostly bones!
You'll be having the best time here as an Asian for sure! They get help and looked after!
Stay away when your white!!

Visited for 2 nights to check out the temples on way to Nha Trang. Price was very reasonable but lacked a little in services like no coffee or teaspoon.
Breakfast selection wasn’t bad though.

That vong vi khac san khong dap ung duoc yeu cau cua minh truoc khi den la sap xep giuong cho be khoi bi te. Nhan vien khong co than thien va co so vat chat khong moi, 2 cua phong va toilet bi hu. Minh goi phuc vu room service nhung doi den 1 tieng van khong thay thuc an, minh phai goi lai moi noi khong thay luu lai. Cuoi cung minh that la that vong voi kinh Nghiem lan nay. Vo chong minh di voi con nho, minh thi phai giu baby va ong xa phai vat valy, nhung khong co nhan vien giup minh voi hanh ly.

Stayed 2 nights for business. Found the staff to be rude and completely unhelpful.

飯店服務台夜班「女」服務生態度很差，出示了訂房代碼，也一再表示已經付清全額費用，但因文很差的「她」一直說沒有收到訂房通知，不讓我們入住。最後是打國際電話請北京的Hotels.com辦公室人員代為處理，過程中讓人無奈又氣憤！因為女服務生一直翻白眼，又很凶，好像我們是騙子一樣！
