Ik heb 65 euro betaald per dag zonder ontbijt. Een echte schande dat dit afgeleefd hotel nog te zien is op booking.com. Schimmel in hoek van plafond, badbodem vuil, deur ijskast vuil, oude vieze dekens op de bedden geen douchegel en shampoo beschikbaar, was met zicht op zwembad maar geen privacy want op mijn gelijkvloerse kamer konden de voorbijgangers mij in bed zien liggen dus de stores moesten altijd dicht. enz.....onmiddellijk beklacht gedaan aan de receptie en onmiddellijk nieuwe kamer gekregen die ietsje beter was maar een financiele compensatie was aanvaardbaarder!

Hotel & cottages need revamping. Staff great except the ones that need to deal with your problems!!
Pros:

Breakfast was great only change would be a bit more variety for the continental breakfast not just bread & jam would be nice!

Cons:

the hotel is so old TV's that must be 30 plus years old Cathode Ray Tube (CRT) when did they stop making them!!?
would not be so bad if they worked it was watching programs through a snow storm.
Free WiFi access is available in the lobby where there is no AC only fans why not extended around the hotel & grounds?
Pattaya Garden Resort has a bar and a restaurant. Bars only by the pool during the days none in the hotel.
Facilities for disabled guests!? I am an old man with mobility issues I could not get out of the 2nd pool had to be helped by some customers of the hotel when I questioned this was told that no one else had problems.
Room service how is this ordered when there is no room phone? by email!? no you have to walk to the lobby to get the wifi!!

1st cottage worked but was noisy
2nd cottage no working so did not stay

Staff great except the ones that need to deal with your problems & they just blamed the owners saying they could not solve the issues with TV's.

Tolle Unterkunft mit 2 Pools
Pros:

Die Villen sind anscheinend renoviert worden. Alles da wie Wasserkocher, Kühlschrank usw. Dickes Lob an das Personal, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Lage in Naklu perfekt fürs Nachtleben und kurze Distanz zur Beach Road. 7/11 und viele Restaurants gleich ums Eck.

Pros:

It’s nice to be in a quiet place for sure , but the hotel staff were so rude to us while checking in. It’s too far away from all the action it might seem walkable it is not. You might as well spend more $ to stay closer to action bc it’s gonna add up with taxis either way. Our AC was leaking puddles by day three. Like I said if you want a hotel with a pool and breakfast that’s quiet sure spend a few days but i won’t be staying here again.

serious good midclass hotel. staff friednly - no exalted happenings. reasonable prices. breakfast buffet outside with smoker and nosmoker area. smoker and nosmoker rooms. good cleaning. not noisy like hotels in the barzones.

Overall it was OK, except for the unprofessional staff and lack of WiFi.
Pros:

Proximity to shops and beach and the nature.

Cons:

Staff was terrible. They did not speak English and did not help us find a lost package and gave us the run-around. There was no Internet/WiFi. The breakfast was so so.
