Given what we paid for the off-peak season, the stay wasn't very pleasant.

Despite being advertised, the pool was not operational, and the staff didn't even bother to explain where it was located. Regardless of the posted reception hours, it was very rare to find anyone there at night. On the first day, we spent several minutes waiting for someone to answer the phone just to give us the entry code. Both the air conditioning and the Wi-Fi didn't work. The porch, while pleasant, is practically unusable. Everything outside (tables, chairs) looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a long time. The bed was shaky, and the sound insulation from the hallway and other rooms is poor.

Cons:

Chegamos à acomodação com muita expectativa, mas a experiência foi frustrante desde o início.

Tenho um problema no joelho, e o hotel possui muitas escadas. O acesso aos quartos exige subir diversos degraus, o que torna a locomoção desconfortável — especialmente com malas. Não há qualquer estrutura de acessibilidade.

Além disso, a localização é bastante limitada: não há restaurantes de qualidade nas proximidades, e o hotel oferece apenas serviço de jantar. Isso acaba sendo pouco funcional, considerando que o local não é próximo de outras opções.

Ao perceber que a experiência era completamente diferente do que foi apresentado nas fotos do booking, tentei conversar com a recepção e solicitei a revisão da taxa de cancelamento. Mesmo diante da situação, não houve qualquer flexibilidade.

Optamos por sair poucas horas após o check-in, pois realmente não correspondia ao que foi anunciado. Ainda assim, tivemos que arcar com uma taxa de 180 euros.

A área da piscina, o restaurante e o próprio quarto são inferiores ao que é mostrado nas imagens. Foi uma experiência extremamente decepcionante.

Não voltaria e não recomendaria — especialmente para quem viaja com malas ou possui qualquer limitação de mobilidade.
