Pros:

The room was very clean, cosy and warm. The staff was amazing, very helpful and friendly.

Cons:

The tv for some reason was turning off every 10min.

Wonderful stay
Pros:

We have just returned from our 3 night stay at this lovely hotel.
We were very happy and had a wonderful stay.
We had a lovely holiday here and didn’t want to leave! The hotel is cosy, warm and friendly. The staff were all really nice on reception, especially the lady who checked us in and out (apologies I don’t know her name). Staff were very attentive and delivered my request of birthday cake for my fiancés birthday while we were there, which was pre arranged but they brought it to the room when I asked for it so quickly!
The superior room was lovely and had all we needed. The sauna was a great extra too. The hotel was clean, tidy and nice and quiet.
The hotel is close to the ski slopes and only an hour and a half car journey to Roveneimi. There were plenty of places to walk from the airport and restaurants and shops nearby. There was also ample parking, undercover which was helpful.
We were lucky to see the Aurora two nights in a row during our stay. The last night we saw the Aurora for hours right outside the hotel and also from our hotel window, which was incredible! Great location.
We already know that if one day we return to Lapland, we would chose this hotel.

Aamiainen oli runsas ja tuoretta, leipä lämmintä ja hyvää. Hyvin pääsi ja hyvin opastettu hyvälle reitkeilyreitille, johon oli panostettu.

Hyvä, rauhallinen hotelli, tulisin uudestaan.
Pros:

Ihan perusaamiainen, en kaivannut parempaa. Ihanan rauhallinen hotelli. Tilava huone, jossa pikku jääkaappi ja luksuksena oma sauna.

Cons:

Ravintola oli tosi hyvä joten voisiko se olla auki myös lounasaikaan?

Hieno paikka, hyvä aamupala, keskeinen sijainti
Pros:

Aamiainen oli erinomainen, mutta sen tarjoiluaika riittämätön. Alkoi vasta klo 8.00, ja sitten siellä olikin heti paljon väkeä.

Huoneet olivat kauniit ja siistit, mutta ihmettelin, kun niitä ei päivittäin siivottu

綺麗です。朝食がとても美味しいです。驚くほどです。

エレベーターがなく2階に荷物を運ばないといけません。
