Excellent hotel in perfect location
Pros:

Everyting: location, comfort hotel and lovely comfortable room, various breakfast with lactose free milk and gluten free bread and cookies. Excelennt staff during breakfast. Reception Staff advising for sightseing , they know everything what you need about visiting. Excellent room servis with every day cleaning and water and turkish delights. Roof restaurant. Walking distance to Hagia Sofia and Blue Mosque. Tram and metro very close. Easy visiting with city transportation card including ferries even to Prince Island. Hospitality on top level, thank you very much.

Great value for money in a really well located and beautiful boutique hotel.
Pros:

It is really well located and a beautiful boutique hotel in the classic sense. Staff are amazing and breakfast is a wonderful spread each day. Rooms are cleaned and serviced very early in the day which is very helpful.

Cons:

Un soggiorno impeccabile sotto ogni punto di vista!

Albergo molto bello e in una posizione perfetta per raggiungere a piedi tutti i principali punti di interesse turistico della città.

Lo staff è semplicemente impeccabile: sempre disponibile e con una gentilezza d'altri tempi. Un tocco di classe che abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo è stato trovare ogni giorno al nostro rientro in camera acqua fresca e deliziosi dolcetti. La stanza era grande, accogliente e con una pulizia impeccabile, esattamente come il bagno.

La colazione è ricchissima e varia, piena di specialità locali e altre prelibatezze (i dolci sono davvero strepitosi!). Molto bella e pulitissima anche la zona piscina; un plauso speciale va alla signora dei massaggi: bravissima, gentile e con mani d'oro!

Infine, il ristorante sulla terrazza regala una vista mozzafiato sulla città e propone un menu ricco di ottimi piatti. Il personale di sala è professionale, simpatico e accogliente.

Consigliatissimo, ci torneremo sicuramente!

Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour au Neorion Hôtel, vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés !
Pros:

L’établissement est très propre et proche du centre ville.
Nous avons quasi tout fait à pied.
Le petit déjeuné est de très bonne qualité.
L’hôtel est très propre, le personnel est au petit soin.
Le rooftop est fabuleux pour se poser le soir et boire un verre !
Je ne peux que recommander cet hôtel pour un premier séjour à Istanbul !

Fabulous location, friendly staff.
Pros:

Superb location. The great historical sites within walking distance, and the ferry, too. A street of restaurants just across the road.

Cons:

A very short sheet in the bed was the only criticism I can think of. A small thing when put beside the friendly staff and great breakfast.

Great hotel and rooftop terrace
Pros:

Such a great hotel, exceptional hospitality, excellent breakfast, very clean room, hamam and swimming pool in the basement, central location. We spent a wonderful night at the rooftop terrace restaurant to celebrate my birthday. The dinner was delicious and the staff super friendly and professional. In my opinion it is the best dinner restaurant in Istanbul. Don't miss it.

Ehdottomasti suosittelujen arvoinen hotelli
Pros:

Aamiainen oli todella hyvä ja monipuolinen, aamiaistarjoilijat olivat erittäin ystävällisiä ja ammattitaitoisia. Syntymäpäivänäni henkilökunta järjesti minulle yllätyksen aamupalan yhteydessä tarjoamalla kakkua ja antamalla lahjan. Huone ja hotellin muut tilat olivat todella siistejä. Huone siivottiin ja pyyhkeet vaihdettiin joka päivä ja huoneeseen tuotiin päivittäin vesipulloja. Huoneen ilmastointi toimi hyvin. Kylpyhuoneessa oli kylpytakki ja -tossut. Hotellin hamamissa ja porealtaassa oli kiva rentoutua pitkän päivän päätteeksi. Hotellin sijainti oli loistava. Lähellä oli paljon ravintoloita ja raitiovaunulla pääsi helposti tärkeimpiin nähtävyyksiin. Hotellin järjestämä kuljetus aamuyöllä lentokentälle sujui erinomaisesti. Hotellista jäi kaikin puolin todella positiivinen vaikutelma.

Cons:

Huoneemme oli hieman pienempi kuin olimme odottaneet.

Замечательный отель, в который хочется вернуться. Внимательный персонал, красота, чистота, завтраки изумительные. Спасибо за создание таких условий!!! Плюс ещё очень большой- это расположение отеля, близость к любому транспотру (метро, трамвай, паром)

Roof top incroyable
Pros:

Proche de tout. Grande chambre. Roof top exceptionnel. Peut mieux faire pour le petit déjeuner mais venant du cave hôtel KELEBEK en Cappadoce, c'est difficile de rivaliser. Merci au personnel de chambre pour la transformation de la serviette de bain ! merci !

Cons:

Personnel à l'accueil et roof top pas très accueillant. Le côté humain n'était pas au rendez vous
Les boules quiès sont fournies (on entend la nuit le tram)

Agréable un grand MERCI à tous le personnel.
Pros:

Le personnel au petit soins,vraiment serviable à l’écoute et très poli,l’établissement était propre,petit déjeuner variable on a tous ce que l’ont veux.
Sont emplacement était adéquat à mon besoin j’étais proche de tous.

Cons:

Les point négatif était pour moi LA TÉLÉ qui date des année ????? et surtout la TÉLÉCOMMANDE on devait appuyer comme pas possible pour changer de chaîne😡.
Et les carreaux de carrelage cassé dans la sable bain était top à voir.
