Had a great stay would definitely recommend to anyone and would stay again if in Istanbul.
Pros:

The position of the hotel was great very close to the ferries, trams and metro. The room was very comfortable and clean. Had a good shower. The swimming pool was great to refresh in on the hot days. Breakfast was very good with lots of different options. The staff were very friendly and obliging.

Excellent hotel in a perfect location
Pros:

We stayed at this hotel during our visit to Istanbul and had a wonderful experience. The location is fantastic — very close to all the main tourist attractions, making it an ideal base for exploring the city. The Bosphorus and the harbour are just a short walk away.
The staff are extremely friendly and helpful, always ready to assist. Breakfast is excellent, with a great variety of food to choose from. The hotel is clean and well-maintained, and the pool is superb — a real treat after a day of sightseeing.
The value for money is outstanding, which is rare for such a prime location.
Highly recommended — we will definitely come back!

Отличное расположение. Всё достопримечательности в пешеходной доступности. Отличный завтрак, прекрасный вид с ресторана на крыше. Бассейн и сауна бесплатные.

Советую выбирая этот отель не ходить в спа.
Pros:

Расположение хорошее. Уборка ежедневно и тщательная. Категорию номера повысили при заселении. Отзывчивый персонал.

Cons:

Спа центр с не рабочим хамамом. О том что мыльный пилинг будут проводить на холодном камне мы узнали только лежа на камне. Сауна не рабочая, чаем не угостят, самостоятельно пакетик заварить придется, очень грубая в разговоре и в движениях женщина была. Мне впервые косметику с лица смыли с шампунем и моими волосами. Это отвратительно. На завтраках грязную посуду совсем не убирают пока гость не уходит. В комнате затхлый запах стоял. Плесень в ванной комнате.

Siamo stati al Neorion Hotel per una settimana, tutta la famiglia (genitori e 4 figli).
Lo staff è stato attento ad ogni minima esigenza, con premura e cura non ordinarie, giorno e notte.
Ci è parso di essere davvero a "casa" e ogni volta che tornavamo in hotel erano a completa disposizione per qualche bevanda di ristoro e per mettere a disposizione la visione ai figli delle partite del mondiale di calcio mentre giocavamo a dama orientale.
Ottima la colazione (che variava giorno dopo giorno) e accogliente (e paziente coi 4 bimbi dai 10 ai 3 anni) lo staff della SPA per piscina, hammam, sauna e massaggi.
Particolarmente gentili lo Staff del servizio notturno (Aziz e Abdullah), il servizio di pulizia alle camere del nostro piano sempre attento e disponibile per orari (III con la sig.ra Ainur) come pure il tuttofare sempre gentile sig. Metin, il servizio di assistenza alla SPA (sig. Melike) e il servizio di accoglienza nella hall (anche per organizzare le escursioni all'acquario, consigliare dove andare a mangiare, etc. (sig. Farid).
