Pros:

The hotel was very clean and cozy, and the location was excellent! The staff were absolutely amazing and helped us with everything we needed. They were incredibly attentive and caring. During our 11-day trip, we stayed at this hotel twice, which says a lot about how much we enjoyed it.

On the day we checked out, we left early for an excursion, and when we came back later, the staff kindly allowed us to take our time and get ready before leaving. The breakfasts were outstanding, the rooms were spacious and spotless, and everyone was so friendly and welcoming.

We will definitely come back!

Pros:

Nous avons passé un week-ends confortable, l’hôtel est très bien situé nous avons pu faire presque toutes les visites à pied pour le reste le tram est tout proche
Nous voulions un établissement propre et nous n’avons pas été déçu et que dire du personnel : au petit soin agréable discret et serviable

Pros:

The staff!!! Excellent service, so kind and always helpful and attentive.
Lovely people.

Nous fréquentons l'hôtel Neorion depuis des années et à chaque fois, nous sommes agréablement surpris.
L'emplacement de l'hôtel est tout simplement idéal, à deux pas des principales attractions et des transports. Ce qui nous a permis de faire plusieurs sorties à pied.
Le personnel du petit-déjeuner était d'une gentillesse remarquable, un plaisir pour commencer la journée. Un remerciement spécial à l'équipe et spécifiquement Mehmed afendi.
Merci d'avoir rendu notre séjour si fluide et relaxant du début à la fin.

Un excellent hôtel idéalement situé à Istanbul, offrant un accueil remarquable
Pros:

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel et le recommandons sans hésitation.
L'accueil a été particulièrement chaleureux et professionnel. Une mention spéciale à Aziz, toujours disponible, attentif et de très bon conseil. Grâce à ses recommandations avisées, nous avons pu optimiser nos visites et profiter pleinement de notre séjour à Istanbul.
L'hôtel est très bien entretenu, les chambres confortables et les espaces communs impeccables. Le petit-déjeuner est copieux et le personnel très disponible.
Nous avons également apprécié les équipements de détente, notamment la piscine et le hammam, très agréables après une journée de visites.
Très bon emplacement : visites à pied des principaux sites touristiques d'Istanbul et à quelques minutes des transports (tramT1, départs de croisières et bus vers l'aéroport).
