Our stay at Neorion Hotel in Istanbul was truly exceptional and unforgettable. From the first day, we felt welcomed with warmth, kindness, and genuine care. The hotel is beautiful, peaceful, and perfectly located near the main historical and spiritual sites, making our experience even more meaningful.
The rooms were very clean, comfortable, and quiet, allowing us to rest well after our days of exploring. The atmosphere in the hotel is calm and elegant, and every detail reflects care and professionalism.
We would like to express our special gratitude to Mehmed. His kindness, sincerity, and friendly nature touched us deeply. He always took the time to help us, spoke to us with respect, and made us feel not like guests, but like friends. Mehmed’s warm smile and genuine care made our stay even more beautiful and memorable.
The breakfast and service were excellent, huge thanks to the entire team( Mahmood, Vahap, the beautiful little lady) made us feel safe, comfortable, and valued. Huge thanks to Farid at the reception who was very kind and always ready to help.
We were provided with 24/7 complementary coffee, Turkish tea and juices
Neorion Hotel will always remain in our hearts, and we are very grateful for the kindness we received there. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul and hope to return again one day.

Pros:

The hotel is very well maintained. I had the pleasure of staying in this vicinity 12 years ago and I felt just as comfortable as I was this time. It is comfortable, very well located and has wonderful staff. Breakfast is also very good and with good variety. The rooms are spacious and beds are comfortable. I will make sure to have this hotel as a top choice in my next visit to Istanbul.

I just wish they change the tv to smart ones, where visitors can link in their streaming services to watch

Buona struttura, ottima posizione, pulizia impeccabile, buona e varia la colazione, la presenza della piscina, della spa e del ristorante rooftop Mezze all'ultimo piano sono un plus. Ma il vero valore aggiunto è lo staff, Mr Dadash in reception pieno di buoni consigli, Mr Mehmet con Mahmut, Berfe e Vahap alla colazione e al bar sempre premurosi, la fantastica signora che gestisce la spa e fa massaggi eccezionali e Yasmine che ha pulito la nostra stanza. Grazie per aver reso speciale il nostro soggiorno.

A perfectly maintained property with excellent service and an unbeatable location

I returned to this property after 15 years, and I was genuinely impressed to see that it has been maintained just as beautifully as when it was first built. Everything was perfect — the breakfast was very good, the staff were exceptionally friendly, and the overall management was excellent. The location is outstanding, making the stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended.
