Konumu iyi, oda geniş, içinde mutfağı var.

Cons:

Yatak odasında örümcek ağı vardı. Odalara günlük hiç girilmiyordu. Sadece yatağı yapıyorlardı, katladığım pijamalarımı yatağın üzerinden kenara atmışlardı :) keşke yatağı yapmasalardı. Çay-kahve hiç tazelenmedi. Odada pencere yok, temiz hava alamıyorsunuz. Eski bir klima vardı.
Sadece geniş bir oda tahsis edildi, başka bir hizmet yoktu.

Globalmente siamo contenti e se dovessimo tornare a Torino ci ritornerei.
Pros:

Posizione centrale, con ogni tipo di comodità nei paraggi (supermercato, panificio, macelleria, pizza ecc.).
Pulizia e niente di rotto/non funzionante (a parte il dispenser del docciaschiuma, irrilevante cmq).
Può sembrare un dettaglio...cmq asciugamani morbidi e soprattutto c'erano per tutti (spesso non li troviamo).
Colazione varia (sia dolce che salata) e abbondante. Sottofondo musicale in sala colazione piacevole. Personale molto cordiale e disponibile.

Cons:

Non era chiaro (forse non sono stato attento io) che il parcheggio è a parte e non è detto che sia disponibile. Cmq fortunatamente c'era un box a disposizione. Costo 20€ a notte (quindi per due notti 40€ aggiuntivi). Il parcheggio interrato è di difficile accesso/manovra se hai un'auto grande come una Ford Galaxy, S-MAX, monovolume da 5-7 persone (rampa molto pendente e stretto con poco spazio per manovrare).
Da italiano, a colazione, il cappuccino, il tè e il caffè avrei gradito poterli bere in una tazza/tazzina, non in un bicchiere di vetro.

Pros:

Stanza ampia e pulita. Personale gentile e disponibile . Presenza bollitore con tè e caffè, angolo.cottura utile (anche se non l'abbiamo usato). Alloggio abbastanza silenzioso malgrado il quartiere molto animato alla sera.

Cons:

Molte cose da sistemare: l'aria condizionata non funzionava in una delle due stanze e nell'altra era troppo rumorosa (macchina di fascia molto bassa). Doccino che cadeva dall'asta. Una sola presa per lato vicino al letto, quindi o cellulare o lampada. Frigo molto vecchio, praticamente non funzionante. Angolo cottura senza canovacci o scottex.
