Staff super friendly and accommodating! The hotel looked a bit old from the outside but the rooms have been completely renovated and are clean.

höflichkeit des personals, hat tips gegeben und weitergeholfen - so zuvorkommend, Ruhe, leider haben wir die Dachterasse nicht genutzt - zu wenig zeit.

Posizione ottima, a pochi passi dalla stazione Santa Lucia. Staff cordiale e disponibile h24. Camere semplici ma funzionali.

Cons:

L’impianto di riscaldamento non è regolabile in maniera autonoma e la temperatura della stanza è risultata troppo calda, tanto che abbiamo dovuto tenere le finestre aperte la notte. Qualche rumore di troppo durante la notte.

Pros:

La recepción fue muy buena, la persona que nos recibió fue muy amable y respetuosa. Pudimos dejar nuestras maletas luego de la hora del check out y salir a recorrer la ciudad. La ubicación nos pareció adecuada, a solo 7 min de la estación de Trenes.

Cons:

La bañera no tenía cortina, pero no fue importante.
