Отличное месторасположение рядом с вокзалом и близко к центру, смогли оставить вещи после выезда, прекрасная ванная комната, чистейшее белье, дали электрочайник и стаканы и воду.

Cons:

Фен и комары, немного твердая кровать и не очень удобные подушки

Pros:

L'emplacement au cœur de Venise, tout se fait à pieds. Le personnel est très sympa. La possibilité de manger dans la salle autrefois utilisée pour le petit déjeuner.

A room with a view
Pros:

I loved the view from our room, as well as the bidet!!

The hotel was easy to find and was pretty central to everything. It was easy to get around.

The shower was clean and had hot water, perfect after the long walk.

The mattress was nice and firm our backs thanked us in the morning,

We (two women) felt safe anc comfortable even late at night in and around the hotel (the area is safe)

The room was basic, had all necessities. The staff were helpful, kind and super friendly and even helped out when our phone charger broke, we left the phone with them for the whole day. Amazing hospitality. I think his name was alexandro? Thank you so much!

Cons:

The style is a bit outdated but it gives a cute retro "visiting grandmas" vibe

the blankets were a bit rough to the touch and felt a bit itchy (the material) but we had a comfortable sleep! The rooms had AC but no remote however a fan was provided upon request.

The phone was there to call the reception but no number was provided so in case you need reception you just have to try all the numbers in 3's (999, 111) until it may connect or go downstairs!

Pros:

The location was great, and easy walk from the train station. It was comfortable and clean. The concereges were friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Heating could not be turned off.
Bathtub in quadruple room was not equipped with shower curtain. Hot water was very slow to arrive.
Shower in double room had missing parts.
No breakfast provided, despite advertising.
