Great hotel, but skip the massage
Pros:

Definitely a good hotel in the centre of the Old town. Great staff, clean and everything you would expect

Cons:

I would not recommend getting a massage here, compared to other spa's its pretty expensive, and my massage therapist didnt really know what she was doing.

Scöne Unterkunft in zentraler Lage
Pros:

Das Hotel befindet sich in sehr guter Lage und vieles ist zu Fuss gut zu erreichen. In der Nähe gibt es verschiedene gute Restaurants. Das Hotelpersonal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, keine Mühe ist zu schwer. Die Zimmer sind zweckmäßig eingerichtet und das Bett ist sehr bequem.

Cons:

Die Massage im Spa ist nicht empfehlenswert, es war mehr ein eincremen des Körpers.

J’ai adoré la localisation. C’est près de tout aussi bien pour les visites culturelles que la gare et les restos. J’ai adoré notre chambre 504 qui était propre et le lit magnifique. J’ai adoré le petit déjeuner en rooftop couvert et j’ai surtout adoré la gentillesse de Lan, du monsieur qui portait nos bagages et de toute l’équipe. Merci à eux

Pros:

The staff were wonderful - out of four different accomodations stayed at in Vietnam they were by far the friendliest and most helpful. The room was spacious and clean, with a big balcony space. With doors closed the noise from the street was fully blocked out. Great central location - we were able to easily wander around the old quarter, lots of bars and restaurants close by, and within a quick car ride distance to other attractions.
