We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff were exceptionally kind, welcoming, and professional. Special thanks to the team wearing the red uniforms, Mrs. Lam, and the night shift staff for their outstanding hospitality.

We stayed for one night, checked out the next day, then returned the following day. We left our luggage at the hotel, and when we came back, our room was already prepared for us. Everything was handled smoothly, and the warm welcome made us feel truly valued.

The service was excellent from start to finish. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again. Thank you to the entire team!

Location was perfect for us to explore. We loved our family room which had enough space for 4 of us. We did struggle with air con but was fixed as soon as we rang reception. The staff at reception and at breakfast were very attentive. We are glad we choose to stay at Marvellous Hanoi and would come back.

Daniel and Leo were the absolute best, there is absolutely no place I could think of where the people are so kind and hospitable, I broke my ankle here and they made it much easier for me and if I came back to Hanoi I’d stay here again without a doubt, you won’t find anything better. Clean rooms, great staff, great central location.

Wondweful experience, we loved it

From the moment of check-in, the staff was by far the best part of the stay. And that’s saying a lot as the rooms were beautiful and spacious. Daniel and Iris were quick to offer suggestions, and even had a full plan ready for our road trip at check-out. Worth checking out the massages, well worth it after a long flight too. Lucas, Lan and Leo were great too, offering a great helping hand when needed. The breakfast was fantastic as well, with plenty of local & a variety of options - and when we had to leave early, they had breakfast ready for us in the morning. After a long 20+ hour flight, the three of us were highly impressed and will be coming back to Hà Nội in the future and will certainly book here. Please give these employees the recognition they deserve, as someone who manages in hospitality there wasn’t one employee I interacted with that I would not hesitate to bring onto my team should they ever make the move to Canada. Wishing this hotel & its staff the best, as they did not fall short in any moment of our 3 night stay. Kudos!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Rooms were spacious and clean, the hotel is in a great location to explore Hanoi. Staff are very personable and attentive, and they have a great selection for breakfast each day. Highly recommend this hotel and would stay there again.

Breakfast was great. Location central, staff courteous and helpful. The spa at the ground floor was also very convenient.

The hotel was really clean, from the lobby, room, bedsheets, and towels - all fresh and clean! The location was also very near to local restaurants, coffeeshops, and stores. The breakfast was really good coz you get to order pancakes, or pho aside from the buffet breakfast. And we really appreciate how accommodating and generous the staffs are especially the guy with glasses (didn’t get his name) but he offered welcome drinks, snacks, suggested restos to visit, and even provided towels so we can freshen up before going to the airport (since we already checked out from our room). Overall it was a wonderful experience!

We had a very good experience. Every staff member was very kind and welcoming, giving very good recommendations for food and drinks. Every time we walked into the hotel there was always someone there to greet us and open the door.
Breakfast was nice with authentic noodle soup and also western foods (pancake, French toast, etc) .
We would definitely stay here at again.

The location was super ideal for us to get to the places we wanted to. A very nice atmosphere in the reception, restaurant and room. The room itself was decent quality, a sense of comfort, with nice cosy beds, however a bit small for the 3 of us, perfect for 2. Everything was actually clean, which personally is critical for a hotel. No unusual or loud noise whatsoever. And to top it off, the service; the service couldn't have been better. They were so welcoming and helpful, even helping us with which places to go to or visit for cafés and touristic sites, exceptional service that you don't find often in most countries! 🙌

Stayed here for about two days when arriving to Vietnam! Was welcomed by Leo and his team and they could not have made things easier and more welcoming for us! From helping us plan out spots to go on the map around the stay to welcoming us in and out as we’re staying here. Him and his team made this place feel like home away from home! Highly recommend.

Really nice boutique hotel in the middle of the Old Quarter with nice staff, yummy breakfast, good shower and powerful A/C to keep the room cool to come back and rest at the hottest part of the day. Highly recommend.

Great location, staff are very accommodating and friendly. Rooms are spacious for our family of 3.
