Good place to stay visiting Hanoi!
Pros:

Staff is kind and care of our comfort. Room and bathroom are spacious. Good location to visit the Old Quarter.

Cons:

The sight through the windows. Not much light in the room.

Cons:

We booked knowing it would be a very short stay of just one night , conscious there is no gym no pool.
Room a bit dated but still decent . Good value overall!

Very nice hotel with wonderful staff and a great breakfast.
Pros:

Right in the heart of the old quarter
Close to everything including Hokiem Lake
Great staff that was always helpful and had great suggestions for getting around.
Very nice breakfast.

Cons:

When we stayed in March there was some road construction going on which made the area very busy and made it harder for the grab to get to the hotel. But the staff were always helpful in helping us with our baggage.

Great hotel, but skip the massage
Pros:

Definitely a good hotel in the centre of the Old town. Great staff, clean and everything you would expect

Cons:

I would not recommend getting a massage here, compared to other spa's its pretty expensive, and my massage therapist didnt really know what she was doing.

Scöne Unterkunft in zentraler Lage
Pros:

Das Hotel befindet sich in sehr guter Lage und vieles ist zu Fuss gut zu erreichen. In der Nähe gibt es verschiedene gute Restaurants. Das Hotelpersonal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, keine Mühe ist zu schwer. Die Zimmer sind zweckmäßig eingerichtet und das Bett ist sehr bequem.

Cons:

Die Massage im Spa ist nicht empfehlenswert, es war mehr ein eincremen des Körpers.
