3rd time staying here and the excellent customer service starts before you even arrive. I had a million questions about tours and different means of transportation and all my questions were answered promptly. Let them take care of booking your trips to Ninh Binh , Sapa and Halong Bay they will give you options to suit your pocket.

If you like quieter rooms ask for ones on the back as there is construction in the square close by that may be a bit noisy some nights if you are alight sleeper but not
the hotels fault.

My family and I spent 10 days there. We loved our stay! The hotel is ideally located in the Old Quarter, within walking distance of Hoan Kiem Lake and many other attractions, stores, restaurants, etc. If you have questions about the booking, Jolie is quick to respond to emails. The rooms are very clean and spacious, the layout of the bathroom is practical, the air conditioning functions well, and the beds are so comfortable (we slept like babies every night)! The laundry service is affordable and useful. All of the staff members, without any exception, are so nice; they greet you with a smile every time they see you and try to assist you in any way they can. My mother had trouble to find a few things in Hanoi, such as specific baking ingredients and models of dresses. The staff helped us order them online, and we managed to get the items on the same day. One detail I would like to mention though: the mini fridge only keeps things mildly cold. If there are important things you want to keep well refrigerated, you can leave them with the staff at the reception. I highly recommend this hotel for its value for money, cleanliness and endearing personnel. If you are a family of 4, I strongly suggest booking the 2 interconnecting rooms of 2 people, as we did. It was great to have quick access to each other's rooms. The rooms are also right in front of the restaurant, so it only takes seconds to get there each morning. The breakfast room is beautifully decorated, and its ambience is relaxing with a beautiful view out the window. The breakfast was delicious; we religiously ate our bowl of phở every morning. The fruits are sweet and fresh. Many thanks to Lan and all the staff for taking good care of us and ensuring we had the most comfortable stay in Hanoi!

We thought that breakfast concluded at 10:30 so arrived at the restaurant at 10:05 to find service finished. But the staff were wonderful and got some food cooked up and made us a few bags of food and juices that we took back to the room . At most other places we would have been sent away but the folks here went above and beyond in making sure we didnt go hungry.

My room was a Family Suite City View room with 1 king bed and 1 single bed. The room was very clean, well-organized, spacious, and comfortable. The interior design was beautiful. I especially appreciated the thoughtful details such as the illuminated wardrobe, dim lighting, reading lights, sofa, and three bedside tables for three guests. The bathroom was spacious, and there was plenty of luggage space for three people.

The breakfast was delicious, and the restaurant decoration was lovely. However, the biggest highlight of the hotel was the staffs. Leo is a truly valuable staff member — very professional and dedicated. I will definitely come back here on my next trip to Hanoi.

We stayed at Hanoi Marvellous Hotel which was booked by Vivu Travel. The greeting at the hotel was so warm and very organised. We stayed two nights the first on arrival from Hoi An and the second after a one night cruise in the Halong Bay Region. The accommodation was spacious and very comfortable. The breakfast was delightful and the staff there were very helpful, warm and kind.
My birthday was on our second nights stay and we were greeted with a special birthday welcome. Leo was the manager during our stay, his warmth and care toward us was exceptional. We would absolutely stay at Hanoi Marvellous Hotel again.

A fabulous hotel in the heart of Old Quarter. The staff were very polite and went above and beyond to help. Room was quiet despite the noise of traffic outside. Loved the breakfast too! Great value for money.

Conveniently located in the old town, close to the lake, the puppet theater, the train station, and museums. It's a cozy, quiet hotel; where it is pleasant to be, there is an opportunity to rest and relax; we slept well. Spacious rooms with everything you need are very clean. Excellent service and friendly staff. Considering the location, room size, amenities, and level of service, I think it's a good value.

Our stay in Vietnam was made even better thanks to the wonderful experience at Hotel Marvellous. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming, attentive, and always ready to help with anything we needed. Their hospitality truly made us feel at home.
The rooms were very clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the location was perfect for exploring the city and nearby attractions. After long days of sightseeing, it was great coming back to such a relaxing and peaceful place.

Amazing location close to train street, beer street, lake, museum and all other tourist attractions. The staff including Daniel, Rose, Lucas, Lan, Maya, Iris and Hoai and many more made are trip very memorable. The train we booked was cancelled to Hue so we changed plans and went Halong Bay but came back to Marvellous for a further night, stayed 4 nights in total, offer good rates to for onward travel. The room we had had a very big balcony over looking Hanoi.

Great Location - Incredible atmosphere - rooms where clean and well presented. Impeccable service. Even allowed us to keep our bags for a couple of days while we went to the loop

The hotel is within walking distance of all the attractions in the Old Quarter. Breakfast was delicious, and I especially liked the pho, which I found better than what I've had at some famous restaurants.

All the staff were kind and tried their best to make our stay comfortable.

During our stay, we received a letter written in Japanese and some chocolates. It made us very happy.
