I had a wonderful experience during my stay at the hotel. Everything was excellent, from the facilities to the overall service, which truly met my expectations.
I would especially like to highlight Ms. Farah from the Operator team. She was extremely helpful, professional, and attentive throughout my stay. From the moment I arrived, I received a very warm welcome, which made a great first impression. Her dedication and positive attitude truly enhanced my experience.
I sincerely appreciate her efforts and the high level of service she provided.
My stay at Kempinski Hotel was truly exceptional. The hotel offers a luxurious atmosphere, outstanding cleanliness, and a calm environment that makes guests feel comfortable and relaxed.
I would especially like to highlight the excellent service provided by Nour. She was very professional, friendly, and always ready to help with a warm smile. Her quick response and positive attitude made my experience even more enjoyable.

We had a wonderful weekend. The rooms were beautiful, the beach was amazing, and the Italian restaurant was absolutely lovely with very kind staff.

The hotels decorations decorated with art pieces like art studio, its huge hotel . Gym have mixed and lady gym. Only one feedback about when we check in with cabin bag size. I knew i could drag to my room but as 5 stars atleast staff should ask that you need assistant to send luggage to room or not unlike others 5 stars hotel nearby that offer to sned small luggage to room and also hotel not busy during this war situation.others than that i enjoyed my stay.
We stayed at this hotel for 12 nights in December as part of a full board package, travelling as a family with our two children (aged 11 and 8). It was also our first visit to Doha, which made the experience even more special.
From the moment we arrived, we were genuinely impressed. The hotel is grand, elegant, and beautifully designed, particularly the lobby, which immediately gives a true five-star feel. Having travelled frequently to Gulf destinations, we felt this hotel comfortably met the high standards we’ve come to expect in the region.
Our pool-view room exceeded expectations. It was spacious, well-appointed, and featured a generously sized balcony, which we made good use of throughout our stay.
The full board package offered a wide selection of restaurants, and overall, the quality of food was very good. While menus were somewhat limited at times, there were generally enough options to choose from. One disappointment was that the Lebanese restaurant, Al Sufra, was closed during our stay. This was a venue we had been particularly looking forward to, and had we known in advance, it may have influenced our decision to book full board. That said, there was still plenty of variety, and the dining experience overall remained enjoyable. Service across all restaurants was consistently excellent and truly reflective of five-star hospitality. A special mention goes to breakfast at Fauchon, which we particularly enjoyed.
We also made good use of the hotel’s facilities. The beach was pleasant, and the heated swimming pool was a highlight. Our children visited the kids’ club occasionally; while some activities felt slightly geared towards younger children, they still had fun, especially during a magic show, which they thoroughly enjoyed.
Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would gladly return if the opportunity arises. For the 12 nights we were there, the hotel truly felt like a home away from home and certainly did not disappoint.
We would also like to extend our sincere thanks to several members of staff who made our stay even more memorable: Lucy and Muhammad Barakah at Lobito Restaurant; Muhammed Mubasher, our housekeeper; Zuhair and Chef Talal at The Public House; Yahya at Nozomi; Muhammad, Mehdi, and the team at Harry’s; Raynique and Kholoud at Fauchon; as well as Patrick and Vincent, who were always friendly and welcoming.

Excellent customer service. The whole team at Kempinski where wonderful and helpful, full of smiles, in particular Nour at reservation/front desk who was amazing.
The facilties at the hotel were great, the hotel is children friendly. We loved our stay and can't recommend it enough.
Sara and Aleli are kids friendly staff and found them very welcoming for kids.
Both of them have arranged my daughter's bday in the kids palace.

We recently stayed at this hotel and overall we had a very nice experience. The room was big and comfortable, and the service from the staff was really good. The breakfast was also very nice with good options, and the hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained 😊
I would especially like to mention Zouhair, who works at the hotel. He helped us a lot during our stay and was extremely kind and friendly. It really made a big difference to our experience 🙌
The only small issue we noticed was that the room carpet was not very clean, and it would be great if this could be improved. Other than that, everything else was very good and we really enjoyed our stay. Thank you for the nice hospitality! 🌟

We had an amazing evening at the roof top lounge. Excellent drinks, nice atmosphere and amazing view. Our waitress Salima, as well as Kassim and Sohail at the lounge reception were very professionals and polite persons, doing excellent job. They make as to feel very comfy and special guests.

Our stay at the Marsa Malaz Kempinski at The Pearl was great even though a bit particular as we happened to be there right when the tensions in the Middle East started. Instead of staying 1 week for our holidays, we ended up staying 3 weeks, being stranded for 2 additional weeks. In addition to the superb place, great facilities and amazing service, we would like to warmly thank Mr Zaiko & his very professional staff. It's a complicated moment, new for most of us, and we never felt left aside or insecure. We travelled with our 3 year old son who didnt know what was happening around him and we greatly appreciated the fact that the Kempinski's staff played the game all along. THANK YOU to Dominic, Eric, the 2 Patrick, Marie from the Housekeeping for always adding a little touch which made our son smile, and of course ALL their colleagues (i couldn't remember all the names, apologies for this).
Of course, the facilities, amenities & services are important in a Hotel but, as per our peculiar experience, it was the overall warm family and friendly feeling that we will remember. Through a tough time we will keep only those fond memories, they are the most important to us.

Fantastic location on a small island within walking distance to qanat quartier and Gewan Island.
Our room was large and airy with a hugh balcony to relax in.
The poolside and beach were excellent. Their warm jacuzzi was great for this time of year. A big shoutout to Chamonde, the lifeguard at the beach who was always welcoming us with a smile.
Breakfast was excellent. A big shout out to Chef Talal who especially made an effort to prepare an Indian breakfast for us, Masala Dosa. Thank you so much. Plus packed us cut, exotic fruits for our journey home.
Worth staying at this resort, very child friendly too. Happy atmosphere. Absolutely loved my stay.
