Cons:

we hebebn enorm veel moeite gehad om 1 kamer in te checken we werden de hele tijd verbonden met een AI assistent en wanneer we eindelijk iemand in real life aan de lijn kregen, kon die ons niet helpen. We zijn uiteindelijk te laat gekomen op ons feest van half 4 tot 20u proberen in te checken

Escape game au centre de Maastricht avec à la clef votre nuit d'hôtel si vous y arrivez.

Je pensais venir dormir à l'hôtel, je me suis retrouver dans un escape game durant lequel le jeu était de trouver comment intégrer ma chambre. Une fois le check-in effectué, la clef électronique pour intégré ma chambre n'a fonctionné que 1 fois sur 4. Il y a pourtant des clefs physique à disposition mais le code n'est pas transmis au résidents malgré ma demande. Un seul de mes collègues avait réussi à avoir le code, nous autres avons dû passer 45min à deviner le code de la boîte afin de pouvoir intégrer nos chambre à 23h. Un autre jour j'ai trouvé une résidente bloqué à l'extérieur depuis 30min qui n'arrivais pas a obtenir le soutiens nécessaire pour intégré l'hôtel, heureusement que entre temps pour ma part j'avais réussi à avoir le code pour entrer dans l'immeuble. C'est il me semble là base lorsque l'on loue une chambre d'hôtel, de ne pas se retrouver à dormir dehors parce que le service est médiocre et ne fonctionne pas.

У отеля хорошее местоположение, недалеко от основных достопримечательностей, магазинов и транспортных узлов. Приятная, спокойная, даже немного сказочная атмосфера. Большим плюсом был балкон - идеально подходит для кофе по утрам или для уютного ужина с видом на площадь. Очень удобный матрас и подушки. Достаточно просторная ванная комната. Есть кофемашина. Шумоизоляция достаточно хорошая. Сотрудники клининг компании приветливые. С онлайн заселением никаких проблем не было.

Cons:

В номере грязно. От предыдущих постояльцев остался мусор на балконе, следы зубной пасты в раковине, волосы в душе. После первой уборки ничего не изменилось, пришлось лично просить сотрудников клининга это убрать, кстати, по-английски они не говорят. Повсюду пыль. На постельном белье и ковре пятна. В прихожей нет крючка для верхней одежды. Нет тапочек, предметов личной гигиены, полотенца для ног. Сотрудники диалог не ведут, приходят только автоматические сообщения. Фото сделаны при заселении.

We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad in Maastricht!
Pros:

Een prachtig hotel met een fijne sfeer! Alles zag er mooi en verzorgd uit en we hebben ontzettend genoten van ons verblijf. Zeker een aanrader en een plek waar we graag nog eens terugkomen!

Cons:

Eigenlijk is er helemaal niets wat ons is tegengevallen. Alles was goed geregeld, het hotel was prachtig en we hebben een ontzettend fijn verblijf gehad. We hebben dan ook geen verbeterpunten!
