Highly recommend - slice of heaven
Pros:

Amazing breakfast, located close enough to town that it was within a short walking distance but far enough away to avoid traffic noises and noise from the nightlife. The staff were very helpful as I had an issue and they helped resolve it quickly with zero questions. I would highly recommend this place and we would have stayed longer, its garden and hammocks are quaint and make it feel very homey. I would have stayed longer in Baños just because of this hotel …

Lovely hotel at the base of the mountains. Beautiful decorations. We took a hike right from the back of our hotel.

Overall, a good stay in a great location with a lovely patio.
Pros:

The location was excellent, very close to the city center and within walking distance of everything. The hotel also has a beautiful patio, which was a really nice and relaxing space.

Cons:

The room itself was fine, but it was difficult to keep the window open because of the street noise.
