Pros:

綺麗で、使用方法が簡潔で良かった

Cons:

カプセルタイプで小スペースのためなので仕方ないが、以外は寒いくらいにエアコンが効いているのに熱がこもっていた。
寒気もあったけど、密閉されていたためか気流がなくて…。

お値打ち価格
Pros:

値段と比較すると超お得感ありました。最低限の設備がそろっていて寝るだけなら文句ないな、って。シャワーも足ふきマットまできれいなものを貸し出ししてくれて安心でした。

Cons:

宿泊客が悪いですが共有のスペースにゴミが落ちていました。あとトイレが狭かったです。

Very very clean and high quality in everything 👍👍
Pros:

I needed to be in that area to save transportation time and there was no hotel available around. So I booked it with skepticism. It was my 1st ever hostel/shared room experience. Surprisingly everything turned out great. Polite and helpful staff. Cleanliness and amenities quality was better than some 5 star hotels. Highly recommended. I will stay there again if I am in Tokyo.

泊まるだけなら全然あり

Cons:

化粧水やクレンジングなどのアメニティはありませんので、コンビニなどで買う必要があります。
1階シャワールームの洗面所ではドライヤーが出来ないので濡れた髪のまま3階フロアまで行きます
洗面所にはイスなどないので（二脚ありました）、基本ずっと立っていることになります。逆に、椅子に座ったら鏡が見えない高さなので立たないといけないです。
部屋の備え付けのアラームは使用方法が難しいので使えませんでした、私の理解力も足りないとは思いますが、、、
