The Shades Boutique Hotel Patong Phuket

Otelin konumu çok iyi. Çalışanlar güler yüzlü.Otel temiz. Oda seçerken ön tarafdan seçim yapmanızı tavsiye ederim. Arka odalar da cam ve balkon yok.

Excellent hotel. Hotel is near to everything. Just a walking distance to beach, 711 and all nice restaurants. They have luggage left facilities incase you need to leave your luggage. Staff was very helpful, specially the reception girl. Thank you

Great little stay very close to Patong Beach and close to tourist parts of Patong Beach.

Location location location! Conveniently located, close enough to patong beach, 7 min walk to bangla street but quiet enough to sleep!
Was here over NYE and could sleep well.
It was not a luxurious stay per say but good enough as a base to just come back to sleep. Staff were eager to help too.

Very friendly and accommodating staff at front desk. Hotel room was extremely small, bed was hard, no warm water. Room was very clean, wifi worked well, and hotel conveniently placed by beach and bars.

掲載写真と実際の部屋の雰囲気が大きく異なる。シャワーからは温水が出ず子供はギャン泣き。バスマットも清潔ではなかった。清掃も不十分でアメニティも随分前から置いてあったような形跡があり、ベッドの上に他人の髪の毛が付着したままだった。シーツだけは綺麗でした。エアコンのリモコンが故障していてテレビのリモコンもきかずテレビは見られなかった。
ロビーがとても綺麗だったので期待したが値段の割に部屋は酷い。子連れのため、狭くても清潔な部屋を求めていたのでとても残念でした。
唯一の利点はビーチまでのアクセスが良いこと。
部屋の状態から言うとファミリー向けではないが立地が良いので一人旅や若いカップルには有りなのかもしれない。
何よりホットシャワーが使えなかった(故障していた?)のが本当に辛かった。
周辺には同じような価格のホテルがたくさんあるので、もうここに泊まることはないだろう。

Dålig frukost samt instängda rum frågan är om det inte fanns mögel. I Thailand är det hårda sängar men här kände man till och med fjädrarna. Nånting positivt var läget men missvisande bilder tycker jag.

Ingen hiss, bodde på våning fem. Lat och dryg personal som inte visade intresse för sitt jobb. Fallfärdigt skick på vissa delar av hotellet.

Nice hotel with a very pleasant staff.
But be careful with your money.
Don't put any money in the safety box cause i've lost money in it twice during the same stay.
No explanation for that, i did not prove anything.
It's up to you.

호텔 하나 잘못잡아서 최악의3박5일이되었네요
처음 호텔들어갔을때 힘들고 피곤하고해서 바로씻고 침대에 누웠어요 침대사진혹시몰라 찍으려니 누가 발로 쓸었나 밟았나 할정도로 시커먼게 군데군데많더라구요 수건깔고잤습니다 너무피곤해서 ㅡㅡ다음날 이불갈아줬지만 깨끗하진않아도 그럭저럭 잘만하더군요 마지막날엔 갈아주지도 않았습니다 ㅎㅎ거기다 엘레베이터 없는데 5층줘서 죽다살아났습니다 캐리어들고올라가는 첫날엔 열이 받더군요 밑에층달라해도 뭔 말이통해야지 ㅡㅡ 남편이 싸니까 참자고.. 위치좋은줄알았더니 개뿔 정실론이랑 방가로드 거리 걷기엔 생각보다 멉니다 그냥 빠통비치가워낙 길어 그 긴바다가 3분거리에 보이는거뿐.
미니바 꽁짜라고 주접떨길래 그런줄알고 일부러 바깥에서 안먹고 안주사들고 방에서 먹었음 공짜니 돈아낄겸 근데 안주값이 더 비쌈ㅋㅋㅋ니미 아침에 나름웃는얼굴로 잘사용했다고 수고하시라했더니 520바트 달래 미친 번역기틀고 뭔소리냐고 무료라했다해도 520바트나 내놓으래 기집이ㅡㅡ컴플레인걸거라고 하고 돈 던지고 나옴 .노머니미니바 이러면서 공짜라고 하질말던가 남편이랑 나는 진짜 호텔하나 잘못잡아 좆같았다 없는거 개많고 수도꼭지 틀기만하면 떨어지고 물 졸졸졸나오고 진짜 최악최악 앞으로 여행갈땐 좋은곳 비싼곳 잡을거임 아오 짜증나 호텔 비용 진짜 다 환불받고싶다 너무 아깝다 5천원대여도 안간다 다시는

Bra rum (bodde i det något större med mindre balkong) där var det gott om plats. AC funkade inte i de två första rummen jag blev tilldelad så fick byta dock. Ligger längst ner på en mindre gata, lugnt förutom lastbilar som kör en gång på natten till byggnaden mitt emot.
Städning varje dag, dock inte super noga gjort.
Bra Wi-Fi.
Nära stranden, shopping och uteliv.
Absolut ett bra hotell för priset!

Great little hotel, not on the main street as it is down the bottom of a side street and took us ages to find it as think it was like 2 side streets up from where hotels.com say the location is. Staff are really friendly and the rooms are clean, was only a 1 night stay but extended this to 4 nights as so cheap for what you get!

Located within steps of relaxation on the beach and a mere ten minutes from the action of Bangla, yet quiet in the evenings for sleep. The breakfast on offer left a bit to be desired, but the room was clean and spacious for the price. Shower head needs replacing in my room, but overall the room suited my needs. Would stay again.

Ett litet trevligt hotell med en fantastisk trevlig personal!!
Ligger i slutet på en lugn återvändsgata. Och nära till stranden.

Hotel was located down the street from the beach and about a 10 minute walk to nightlife

Front desk could be more attentive & not so rude. I waited over an hour and a half for check in only to be told my room was cancelled by mistake. I was then told they were fully booked and they had availability in another hotel for me even though my friends were staying at this hotel. Please confirm your rooms with the hotel before arrival. Beds weren't comfy, if you're over 5'10 comforter might be too short for you.

We stayed in Phuket for 12 days and stayed in Kata, Karon then last 4 days in Patong. On the last day we decided to stay a day longer but wanted to find a budget hotel. Surprisingly the shades offered much more than what we expected and what we paid. The restaurant they have at the hotel offers great Thai authentic food and I think they have the best Padtai.We will definitely be back and also recomend our friends.

Hotel newly renovated and clean.
Room cleaners not very efficient as sand and hair remained in room and bathroom after cleanings.

One very rude Hotel staff member was very unprofessional and actually insulted my Thai partner by assuming she was bar girl and made an improper comment to her in Thai.
The rude employee upon being confronted never apologised.

The hotel entrance is on a street that connects with the the staff entrance of a major resort.
Very noisy at night including the collection of recycling bottles which was quite loud.
I extended my stay by two days in a different hotel.
I frequent Patong on a regular basis in many resorts and decided to have a more economical stay in a simple, clean hotel.
Unfortunately I would never return to the Shades.

We really enjoyed our stay at Shades hotel. Staff were friendly, rooms were clean and it was a perfect location. The hotel doesn't have an elevator though so it was quite a hike up to the 5th floor everyday - but at least we got a bit of excersise! Would strongly recommend their restaurant on the groundfloor as well; great food for a great price!
