Pros:

가격 저렴.
대욕장 무난.
가성비 호텔이지만 시설이 많이 낡지 않고 직원들 친절도는 적당.
동네는 번화가라 술집 밥집 많음. 파르코 미츠코시 10분 내외 거리. 근처에 자라 있음. 편의점 쬐금 걸어야됨.가성비 호텔은 몇 있지만 대욕장 딸린 가성비 호텔이 없어서 전 만족했어요.

Cons:

가격이 저렴해 크게 불만 없어요. 창문으로 바람이 좀 들어와서 살짝 추웠어요

오후 12시쯤 호텔에 도착하여 직원에게 얼리 체크인이 가능한지 문의했을 때, 오후 2시부터 시간당 1,000엔으로 가능하다는 안내를 받았습니다. 이후 2시에 맞춰 체크인하기 위해 오후 1시 57분경 프론트로 갔으나, 그때는 다른 직원이 근무 중이었고, 체크인은 3시부터라며 굉장히 공격적이고 무례한 태도로 응대했습니다. 얼리 체크인을 원한다고 하자 계산기에 2,000엔을 보여주며 2시간 요금을 요구했습니다.
2시부터 1시간(1,000엔)만 이용하겠다고 설명했지만, 3분 먼저 도착했다는 이유로 2,000엔을 내야 한다고 주장했습니다. 또한 시계를 가리키며 아직 시간이 되지 않았다며 2시에 다시 오라고 하는 등, 마치 고객과 기싸움을 하려는 듯한 말투와 태도로 응대하여 매우 불쾌했습니다.

단 3분 차이로 추가 요금을 요구한 점도 납득하기 어려웠지만, 무엇보다 직원 간 안내가 달랐고 응대 태도가 매우 부적절했던 점이 크게 실망스러웠습니다. 호텔리어라면 기본적인 친절을 갖춰야 하는데, 오히려 고객과 대립하는 듯한 태도를 보인 점은 이해하기 어렵습니다. 서비스 마인드부터 재정립이 필요해 보입니다. 저는 일본을 한 달에 한 번 이상 방문할 정도로 자주 여행을 다니고 있으며, 다양한 국가에서 여러 호텔을 이용해왔지만, 이러한 응대를 받은 것은 처음이었고 매우 끔찍한 경험이었습니다.
이 일로 하루 종일 기분이 좋지 않았고 여행에도 부정적인 영향을 받았습니다. 체크아웃 시 매니저로 보이는 직원이 사과는 했지만, 그에 대한 어떤 보상이나 후속조치는 없었습니다.

I had a very unpleasant experience during check-in.

When I arrived at the hotel around 12:00 PM, I asked a staff member about early check-in and was told it would be available from 2:00 PM for 1,000 yen per hour.

However, when I returned at 1:57 PM, a different staff member responded in a very rude and aggressive manner and insisted that I had to pay 2,000 yen simply because I arrived a few minutes early.

She pointed at the clock and told me it was “not yet time,” speaking in a confrontational tone that felt more like an argument than customer service.

Being asked to pay extra for arriving just three minutes early felt unreasonable, and the inconsistent information between staff made the situation worse.

Although a manager apologized at check-out, there was no compensation or follow-up. This experience negatively affected my trip.

층간소음 문제

위치가 좋았습니다. 주요 쇼핑스팟을 모두 걸어다닐 수 있었어요. 직원이 친절합니다.

10층 건물 9층에 배정되었는데 윗 방 손님을 잘못 만난건지 층간소음이 어마어마했습니다.
문밖에서 들리는 문여닫는소리 대화하는소리까지는 그렇다치는데 윗층에서 들리는 소음이 비지니스 호텔에서 처음 겪어보는 수준이었어요. 이틀동안 제대로 잠을 못잤고 다음번에 절대 방문하지 않습니다.
