Pros:

部屋は広くてよかったし、朝ごはんも美味しかった

Cons:

無料のお水は置いてありましたが、コーヒーやお茶はなく、歯ブラシ以外のアメニティもなかった。
せめてコーヒーくらい置いておいて欲しい
それと、女湯の洗い場が少ない。
待っている人、諦めて出直す人がいた。

예약할 때 본 사진보다 더 좋은 방이였던거같아요
침대와 침구가 매우 푹신하고 포근했어요
대욕장도 굉장히 깨끗하고 피로를 풀기에 좋았어요
위치는 사카에역과 걸어서 10분거리.

Cons:

조식시간은 자리가 없고 정신이 없었지만 맛있었어요
단, 연어초밥은 많이 비렸습니다

Pros:

토요일 오전 식사가 매우 좋았으나 전날과 다음날은 요리사가 바뀐건지 음식의 질도 떨어지고 너무 짜게 만들어져 있었습니다. 위치나 시설은 너무 좋아요.

청소를 너무나도 안하는듯 객실에 먼지가 풀풀 날렸어요. 카펫 청소기 안하고 청소하시는 분들이 테이프 크리너만 갖고 다니더라구요. 먼지가 많을 수 밖에 없는 환경이었고 대욕장은 시설이 너무나 좋은데 반해 3일 이용하는 동안 직원이 한 번도 정리하러 오지 않아 배수구가 막힌걸 제가 두 번이나 머리카락 빼내야 했습니다. 위치 시설 직원분들 너무나 친절한데 청결도가 0점입니다.

部屋が広い。スタッフが親切でした。
空気が綺麗でした。無駄な物が無い。
独立洗面所で椅子付きが良かった。
風呂が綺麗でシャワーヘッドが良かった。
