We had a very pleasant stay. The setting of the hotel is beautiful, and both the main swimming pool and the private pool were amazing.
All the staff were very attentive and responsive. The massage therapists were excellent.

We had a very pleasent stay in Anema Resort. Confortable rooms, beautiful beach and breakfast were all perfect. Small hotel that makes your vacation really peaceful and relaxing. I strongly advice this hotel for people looking for peacefull, relaxed holiday.

We had a lovely long stay at Anema.. the amenities are great and the staff is even more wonderful and made our stay extra special. Visiting the gilis and snorkeling is definitely a must do. We enjoyed sunset golf on the fantastic golf club nearby also with great staff and caddies. Great informative and interactive visit to the Lombok Wildlife Centre. Happy hour on the beach with a great selection of food from their menu. The restaurant offered a nice variety of food and drinks all beautifully presented with good portion sizes.
All round a peaceful stay.

We spend 3 days in the beautiful villa, very spacious and clean. The staff took great care of us and was very friendly. The breakfasts 'à la carte' were generous and delicious. Beautiful infinity pool facing the beach. A must-do: the snorkeling excursion from the resort around the Gilli islands !
The only negative point, unfortunately there's seaweed at low tide at the beach in front of the resort.

Fantastic stay at Anema Wellness and Resort. The location and setting was perfect, plenty to do at the resort and as expected the staff were wonderful. Would recommend to anyone staying on Lombok.

This place was amazing.
The staff went beyond expectations and put it out to make sure our stay was fabulous with small touches that put a big smile on your face.
This has all the luxe features you want from a 4 star star hotel and will build your stay the way you want it.
As we went in the low season, we were upgraded for free to the family villa with a large pool.
The beds were comfortable and had all the amenities you wanted.
As this is in an isolated location, the only place to use your card was the in-house restaurant. This was a treat as all the dishes, including the lobster were cooked to perfection and extra care taken by each member of staff to make you were taken care of.
If you want to use the small local (and cheaper) cafés and restaurants, make sure you bring cash as there is no ATM here.
They also have a boat service to take you to all 3 Gili Islands with or without using the snorkeling excursion (which wasn't expensive, so we took this option).
Also this is 10 minutes from the fast boat services to Bali (Bangsal Port) via taxi or car.
All-in-all, this was the place to rest.

Amazing resort, from location to food, rooms and staff 10 out of ten
We have been going to this resort ever since it opened and it just keeps going from strength to strength. Having traveled lombok extensively over the last 10 years this is our favorite resort in Lombok bar none.
The location is superb with an immaculate beach front and views you . You can be as busy as you want or laze around the resort and enjoy the facilities, from a well equipped Gym to the loungers by the pool and of course the swim up bar. The resort has its own dive school on the premises and can organsive dive and snorkeling trips. You can also do PADI certification. For the golfers there is a golf course 3 minutes away all of this is only 35 minutes drive from Senggigi.
All the staff are second to none, with a professional but still relaxed attitude.
the food in the restaurant is of a high level and consistently excellent.
It speaks volumes that we consistently return here at least twice every year when we come to lombok for 6 months to escape the winter in NZ

The resort is located right on the beach, with a beautiful infinity pool, bar and restaurant right on your doorstep.

The extremely friendly and helpful staff make it the perfect place to forget any kind of stress.

I've stayed in this hotel a few nights. I've got freely upgraded from a suite to a villa! The villa was beautiful. The staf members are lovely. The spa is nice. It's the best hotel to visit the Gili islands!

Highly recommend this Resort. The staff were absolutely lovely and went out of there way to make our stay perfect. We could not have asked for more helpful staff. We even got a free room upgrade on arrival. The resort itself is beautiful with a great pool and nice restaurant. The resort location allows for easy access to the Gili Islands and Northern Lombok. The resort organized a great snorkeling trip around the Gili Islands for us and a tour of a local market, waterfalls and traditional village. Both tours were very reasonably priced and made exploring effortless.

We had the most wonderful stay at Anema. The staff were so welcoming and friendly, always greeting us with smiles and making sure we had everything we needed. The facilities were beautiful, it’s a quiet and peaceful resort to relax in. The food is excellent, providing many options to accommodate all. You can watch the sunrise on the beach over the mountains which is incredible. We were lucky enough to watch the coconuts being cut down and given one for free once cut open, it was delicious! The staff at the front desk will help you organise trips such as Gili Island snorkelling and visiting the waterfalls. The resort was always clean and tidy and when you go for evening dinner, the staff write your name on a leaf which was a lovely touch as well as lighting a beach fire!! We would absolutely recommend staying here to anyone thinking about it.

Extremely disappointing experience in particular due to the run down aspect of the resort. This is absolutely not a 5 star resort. It could have been the case when it was first renovated years ago but the overall state of the rooms, the gardens, the gym, the SPA, the pool is not even close to a 4 star resort. The first thing that jumps out is the poor state of all the gardens. A number of equipment in the gym are out of order. The pool table has only one cue and it is damaged including a number of balls. The SPA is in such a poor state needing serious renovation. The main pool doesn’t look it has been properly cleaned in a while. The rooms are very basic with a projector screen that is very ineffective. The drain in the shower overflowed after our first use. The private plunge pool is not really private as the water is shared with the next room. The only positive about this resort is the staff: very friendly and attentive. Unfortunately, this is not enough to compensate for all the poor state of the facilities.

We truly loved this resort. Extremely relaxing, great friendly service. We had a Private pool villa, very large space, very clean, lovely room.
The pool looks over a beautiful calm bay, the view is beautiful.
I cannot praise this resort more, If you are looking for peace, calm and tranquility this is the place to go. We will be back! Julie & Graeme

Absolutely wonderful stay here with the wonderful staff who go out of their way to make sure you have the best experience.
Upon arrival, we received a free upgrade to the private villa which ended up being a highlight of our whole trip to Bali. The room was perfect, the pool was blissful and so comfortable.
The spa was very good and the food was decent too. We loved the beach setting which was so peaceful listening to the waves as well enjoyed our evening meal. Attentive staff who manage things very well over what’s app.
The boat trip to the Gili Islands with snorkelling was excellent! Very well managed and the sites were great.
A special shout out to Dede, who worked in the restaurant and went out of his way to help us get a charger after one of us left ours in Ubud. Thank you everyone!

We have been resident in Lombok on and off for the last 10 years and have stayed at Anema many times.
On checking in we discovered Agoda had actually booked with Booking.com as this resort does not deal with agoda, several errors with our booking . we had incorrect room reserved (standard room not pool villa) when we explained this to the check in staff they called the duty manager and explained the issues . They moved heaven and earth to honor our booking at no additional cost also giving free breakfast and a complimentary massage.
This resort sits in an idyllic bay and has been going from strength to strength over the years, the level of service is professional with a relaxed and friendly touch.
Over two nights we sampled the restraunt food, we had the steak on two occasions it was superb cooked correctly and extremely tender, the fish and chips was fresh and superb, Nasi Gorang again beautiful with just the right amount of chili for my western pallet
The highest recommendation I can give is we have booked again for a 3 night stay at the end of October

Our stay at Anema was very pleasant. The setting is idyllic, and the entire team is wonderful and full of thoughtful touches every day. We thoroughly enjoyed our few days here and would have happily stayed longer.
