Staff were friendly, hotel is clean but let down by their breakfast.
Pros:

The staff were very friendly, although the light in the bathroom wasn’t working and I was told that it would be changed the next day but it wasn’t.
The bed and pillows are comfortable and the hotel was very clean and inviting.

Cons:

The hotel itself is off the main road and there weren’t any shops within walking distance. You had to have a car.
The breakfast was a let down. I’m assuming it’s a Muslim hotel as they didn’t have bacon or real sausages (sausages from a jar) the eggs and hash browns were cold.
They also didn’t have a bar in the hotel so couldn’t order a drink for a night cap although they do offer room service for food. Really good prices and my pizza was really nice.

Nice Clean hotel not so good location.
Pros:

The hotel was really clean and the staff very helpful.

Cons:

The hotel didn't have a bar or communal area. The hotel was in a location that was more industrial and a taxi ride away from any pubs.

Overall, our stay was disappointing due to the lack of parking, dated rooms, and noise from late-night functions.
Pros:

We really liked that the staff were friendly, welcoming, and always helpful throughout our stay.
The shower in the room was very good.

Cons:

The hotel’s location in the middle of an industrial estate was disappointing. During our stay, two large events were being held, which meant the hotel car park was full and there was very little parking available on nearby roads. This made arriving with luggage particularly inconvenient.
The rooms were quite dated and could benefit from refurbishment. There was also significant noise from the functions, which continued into the early hours of the morning, making it difficult to sleep. Improved soundproofing in the rooms would greatly enhance the guest experience.

Not worth £135 for one night! Could’ve booked a travelodge for cheaper with better amenities
Pros:

Only booked this room as we were attending a wedding function in the property. I wouldn’t say anything was good! If we knew the area well we would’ve booked somewhere else.

Cons:

The door lock from inside the room wasn’t working, no toiletries in the bathroom (such as hand soap), the sink was dusty, loud outside and you can hear everything
