Very nice and easy access hotel. Beautiful lobby and beautiful design
The rooms/bathroom needs a bit more work. The bathroom sink the water didn’t drain quickly. The soap holder was broken and rusty. They bins need changing as they are also rusting and too small.
Good location and parking was a great bonus.
An air condition was situated in a wrong position.

Nothing really
No parking when advertised it had. Location on an industrial estate was not good. The room was super basic. Breakfast was shocking

Smell of cigarette smoke in the haiiways
I booked it for my daughter & her new husband, was not that happy when I heard of their 1st night of married life but when they got back to hotel the guys on desk changed the room for them
Nothing really on the night as it was not a great start but the following day was better thank you
As soon as I entered the corridor it smells like smoke including the room. There is no lock inside and bit of uncomfortable during the stay.

The customer friendly staff. The receptionist in particular and the gentleman at the restaurant were exceptional.
