Nice place ,staff helpfull and friendly,breakfast fine,but not at all quite as we requested
Pros:

Breakfast reasonable, requested a quite room , but with 2 wedding taking place on our weekend, it was far from quite,also booked hotel on the understanding we could park our car ,but there was no car park space for us with all the wedding guests

Cons:

The noise from the air conditioning unit to the rear of the hotel was unbearable, we had to request a move to the front of the hotel,where traffic was noisy

Clean, comfortable and welcoming
Pros:

Staff were very friendly, professional, polite and welcoming. It's not the prettiest location but the hotel itself is great, rooms clean, bed very comfortable. Location very convenient for lots of stuff around.

Cons:

Breakfast was good value considering overall cost as part of room. Would have been nice to have bigger china cups for tea and nicer orange juice.

Parking in hotel at weekend, Friday, Saturday and Sunday no parking in Hotel as wedding guests took spaces but lots of parking outside In the road

Uncomfortable with bad service
Cons:

2 nights of Drilling and noise @ 2am in the morning from people dismantling sets from previous nights events. The room was not what was requested. The room was dirty, soiled carpet and chairs.
The person at reception was rude and abrupt.

A bed for the night and slept well.
Pros:

It was a bed for the night so I was happy to stay there. There was an event on, however glad it didn't affect the night. It reaches a certain target audience.
