Wonderful location for exploring. But the hotel itself feels neglected with lots of areas for improvement
Pros:

Location was excellent. Staff were friendly

Cons:

Our room was dirty. Hairs on the sheets on the bed. The floor was filthy which we noticed a lot as I was with my 8 month old son who was crawling. I had to stop him from going in the floor all together.
The jacuzzi bath broke. And the beds were incredibly uncomfortable.
Breakfast was awful.

A perfectly located hotel with excellent service, spacious rooms, and a truly five-star experience.
Pros:

The location is excellent — right at the beginning of Nizami Street, and cars can easily access the hotel entrance, which is very convenient.
The rooms are spacious, beautifully designed, and very comfortable. Cleanliness was outstanding throughout the stay.

The staff were friendly and professional. They kindly upgraded my room to a larger one with a direct view of Nizami Street square, which I truly appreciated.

On my last day, I requested a late check-out for around six additional hours. They accommodated my request smoothly with an additional fee, which was very helpful and well-managed.

Cons:

The only point that could be improved is the sound insulation. Even with the balcony closed, outside noise can still be heard inside the room. Since there is a pub nearby, the nighttime noise can sometimes be noticeable.

I hope the hotel considers enhancing the soundproofing for an even better guest experience.

The rooms are spacious, beautifully designed, and very comfortable. Cleanliness was outstanding throughout the property.

The staff were friendly and professional. Check-in was on time, and check-out was also handled efficiently without any delays.

Cons:

The only area that could be improved is the sound insulation. Even with the balcony closed, outside noise can still be heard inside the room. Since there is a pub nearby, nighttime noise may sometimes be noticeable.

Improving the soundproofing would enhance the overall comfort of the stay.
