A perfectly located hotel with excellent service, spacious rooms, and a truly five-star experience.
Pros:

The location is excellent — right at the beginning of Nizami Street, and cars can easily access the hotel entrance, which is very convenient.
The rooms are spacious, beautifully designed, and very comfortable. Cleanliness was outstanding throughout the stay.

The staff were friendly and professional. They kindly upgraded my room to a larger one with a direct view of Nizami Street square, which I truly appreciated.

On my last day, I requested a late check-out for around six additional hours. They accommodated my request smoothly with an additional fee, which was very helpful and well-managed.

Cons:

The only point that could be improved is the sound insulation. Even with the balcony closed, outside noise can still be heard inside the room. Since there is a pub nearby, the nighttime noise can sometimes be noticeable.

I hope the hotel considers enhancing the soundproofing for an even better guest experience.

The rooms are spacious, beautifully designed, and very comfortable. Cleanliness was outstanding throughout the property.

The staff were friendly and professional. Check-in was on time, and check-out was also handled efficiently without any delays.

Cons:

The only area that could be improved is the sound insulation. Even with the balcony closed, outside noise can still be heard inside the room. Since there is a pub nearby, nighttime noise may sometimes be noticeable.

Pros:

The location, cleanness, and staff they are r3ally helpful. rooms are big and clean .

Cons:

Cons are wifi is very weak and slow and even in rooms you cannot use it always disconnecting second the breakfast they have very less options and if u ask for cappuccino or something differ they will ask to pay for it .

Very nice hotel in the heart of Nizami street.
Pros:

The location is amazing. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The carpet was a bit dirty (not cleaned properly from previous guests) and even when the room is being cleaned during our stay, the carpet was not vacuumed...

أعجبني الموقع صراحة أنصح فيه علي الشارع النظامي بجانب الفندق محلات وأسواق تجارية والشارع لابخلو من حركة الناس طبعا السيارات ماتدخل الشارع وأحلى شيء إن بس التاكسي يوصلك تلاقي الفندق جدامك ماتتعب بالمشي مجرد دقيقة وحجزت غرفة مع شرفة كانت إطلالتها روعة علي شارع نظامي

اللي ماعجبني عدم وجود عازل للصوت ،، أصوات الغرف اللي يمي مزعجة جدا تسمع الصوت كأنه معاك في نفس الغرفة 🥺 وصوتهم جدا واضح للأسف
