Lovely and hospitable hotel
Pros:

Large room, quiet, clean, comfortable beds. Excellent breakfast. Very pleasant and helpful staff. Just a great feeling place. Great location in the beautiful city of Baku.

Отель находится в старом городе, очень вежливый персонал, вкусные завтраки! Но руководству отеля следует сделать ремонт отелю, по современному дизайну, все старое, ковролин смесители душевая… отелю дала бы 3 звезды, но никак не 4

Good value for money
Pros:

Breakfast was good but it was almost same everyday. There should be more options for fresh cut fruits, cereals, and many other items.

Cons:

Carpets were dirty. Pillows could be better.

Ничто не может омрачить посещение прекрасного Баку!
Pros:

Отель расположен в очень тихом и уютном месте в самом центре города. Персонал старается. У нас был достаточно большой номер. К сожалению из плюсов это всё. Но поскольку Баку сам по себе прекрасен, то минусы которые описаны ниже это просто информация, на наше впечатление о городе и стране это никак не повлияло.

Cons:

Отель сам по себе требует косметического ремонта.
У холодильника в номере с трудом открывалась дверца, а сам он издавал такие звуки, что мы в первый же день отключили его и больше не включали.
Завтраки достаточно скудные, но в целом голодными мы ни разу не оставались.
Персонал очень старается, но языковой барьер присутствует. Простейшие вопросы решить удается, а вот просьба забронировать нам столик в ресторане оказалась квестом.

Konfor, personellerin güler yüzü ve merkezi konumu ile daima burayı tercih etmeye devam edeceğim

Personeller çok nazik ve çok yardımseverler dönüş günü uçağımız geç saatte olduğu için check out sonrası valizlerimizi emanet ettik ve o günü de şehirde rahatça değerlendirdik. Ayrıca ek ücret ödemeden odamızı upgrade ettiler. Kahvaltısı çok lezzetli, odalar ve ortak kullanım alanları çok temizdi. Tekrar tercih etmemin en büyük sebebi çalışanların o güzel tavırları olacak. Hepsine teşekkürler

Pros:

The more than spacious rooms and the location right inear the old town.

Cons:

The carpet floor in the rooms was very old and a bit nasty.
Be careful with parking in the streets. Staff told us, we could leave the car in the street in front of the hotel. Even so we asked more than once! In the end we got a fine of 55 Manat, management of the hotel didn't care!

A jewel near Baku's old town.
Pros:

The room was a good size with an extra bed for my son and a double for my wife & I. There was also a good lounge area for us to relax. There was also a fridge & sink.

The staff were great -;a special mention to the staff at breakfast who always had a smile for us in the morning. My son loved talking to the budgies that are in the dining room in the morning.

The hotel is also in a good location with several small supermarkets & restaurants nearby. It only took about 10! minutes to walk to the central shopping area along with being a 15 minute or so walk to the sea front (I would recommend the Yango app for taxis)

I would definitely stay here again.

Cons:

As it was the low season, there wasn't a buffet but instead a set breakfast, which although very generous with cheese, eggs, bread, yoghurt and some tinned fruit would have benefitted from a daily rotation. Alternatively, offering two or three set options to choose from. This, however, is a minor complaint and didn't affect our enjoyment of the hotel as all the staff genuinely wanted to help.

Breakfast fast was OK, could have some more options

Cons:

Room service should improve, we called for dinner and they said now the shift is changing, call after 11pm. This was a ridiculous answer. Expected better. You need to work on your room service and provide your guest timely meals, your shift change is not the guests problem
