Pros:

Not in a great area. It felt ghetto and dirty. The lady was not the most pleasant but her husband was nice.

Affordable convenience
Pros:

Have stayed here many times as it is affordable and convenient for our needs. This place is modern and fairly new, very clean and well presented.
A cheap taxi fare will get you into the city of Bangkok or you can opt for local public transport.
The local food market is only 100 meters away with lots of variety to choose from.

Pros:

During checkin, i requested for ironing service for one business shirt and was told to come next day morning. I arrived the owner office next day morning with my shirt and when she saw me she shouted and scolded me for keeping her waiting. I was not told the time but morning. Then she rejected my request and after politely ask her help she bring me to next room and lay the ironing board and give me the iron and ask me to do myself. She then use the water spray and spray on my newly bought shirt till its was dripping wet just out of laundry without spin. Do i need this kind of service? My first time as a guest begging and treated this way. I have no choice but to stay as i have paid online. So disappointed honestly.
