Fantastosche locatie in mooi pand.
Pros:

De locatie, maar ook kregen we een fantastische kamer; het leek wel een suite. Het hotel zelf is ook heel mooi,een beetje vintage. Het personeel is enorm vriendelijk.

Hotel céntrico un poquito caro pero está bien
Pros:

Me gustó el buffet del desayuno, la ubicación del hotel y la decoracion del hall. También me parecio muy amable el recepcionista, y los ascensores están reformados (nice).

Cons:

No me gustó el rollo vintage que se nota que no es vintage sino que son muebles efectivamente de hace 40 años en las habitaciones. Creo que es un hotel que se podría permitir un lavado de cara para ser mas agradable. Los armarios de la habitacion y el mobiliario son un ejemplo. Los baños si que están reformados pero al menos el nuestro era muy pequeño.

Bien, pero mejorable.
Pros:

El desayuno no estuvo mal, pero es claramente mejorable. Algunos productos que se agotaban no eran repuestos.
El baño, magnífico, al contar, al menos en mi habitación con un pequeño aseo complementario.
La ubicación estupenda. Muy cerca de todo.

Cons:

1º.- Es difícilmente explicable que un hotel de estas características ni tenga parking propio o, en su defecto, que ni tengan convenio con ninguno de los parkings cercanos, especialmente con el Jovellanos a escasos 30 metros del hotel.
2º.- Es inadmisible bajo mi punto de vista que, al marcharnos y observar que mi señora había dejado olvidados unos pendientes en la habitación, nos ponemos en contacto telefónicamente con el hotel para que, previo pago del importe que costara nos enviara el objeto a mi domicilio. Recibo la respuesta de que es la política del hotel no hacerlo. Por este motivo, tengo que ponerme en contacto con una empresa privada que vaya a recogerlo. Es cierto que tienen bajo custodia dichos pendientes, pero no creo que sea la forma adecuada, máxime cuando justo frente al hotel hay una oficina de correos, Sinceramente es la primera vez que me ocurre algo por el estilo y me sentí decepcionado.

L’emplacement, la gentillesse du personnel.

Cons:

La chambre 615 qui n’a de vue extérieure que sur un toit noir très laid.
Le petit déjeuner, bien mais pas à la hauteur d’un 4*.
