Jeg ønsker å gi en tilbakemelding etter mitt nylige opphold hos dere.

Selv om det var opplyst på forhånd at resepsjonen ville være stengt ved ankomst, opplevde jeg dessverre flere utfordringer under oppholdet – spesielt knyttet til rengjøringen av rommet. Rommet fremsto ikke som ordentlig rengjort ved innsjekk; det var blant annet støv og hår flere steder, samt potetgull under sengen og generelt virket det som om det ikke var gjort rent grundig.

Jeg sendte en e-post direkte til hotellet for å gjøre oppmerksom på dette, men har foreløpig ikke fått noe svar. Jeg setter pris på at dere informerer godt i forkant, men forventer også at henvendelser i etterkant blir besvart og fulgt opp.

Håper dere tar dette videre, slik at fremtidige gjester får en bedre opplevelse.
